Previous encounters worthy of 5 stars. Food and services were great. However the last visit I didn’t get the quality and high standards of food I expected. Personal Supreme deep pan pizza was as thin as the New York special. The toppings were Dry. I didn’t eat it.

So I’m a regular at this pizza hut and Usually service and food is amazing but that’s because numerous times I had terrible food made and given to me… until I decided to speak up and talk with the shift manager Pamela ☺️ and the store Manager Cody, As long as One or the other is in the store my orders turn out great especially Miss pamela.. Cody Has his days but still always makes it right. My point is if your not satisfied say something people and do it with kindness!!! I just ordered Again and I’m hopeful that my girl Pamela is working bc she knows what me and my kids are going through right now and she always goes above and beyond for us!!!

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a pizza hut in a long time. Very sweet gentleman working the evening shift. They made sure my 1 year old had something she could actually chew and didn’t make us feel bad about making so many requests! Very very awesome experience will be coming back just to hangout with those fine gentlemen.

Food was what you would expect from pizza hut. Everything was fresh but a little greasy, as expected. Service was great, food came out fast and the staff was super friendly and checked on us multiple times. Restaurant seemed very clean.

I still see how this place has not gotten any better since the last time I tried to eat here then got turned away due to the lazy workers who didn’t wanna work and told us to leave before we even got out of our truck (15M ago) I do see how Pizza Hut responds to every review but still does nothing about the horrible management or staff. Seems to me like they don’t care about their customers and wanna act like it through a keyboard. Anyways food is so gross, go to mazzios their food and customer service is so much better!! Also I still never heard back from corporate so if that tells you how much they care about running a business the way they do!

Had my pizza an bread sticks delivered which was quick but the bread sticks were not done an the pizza was the worst pizza I’ve ever ate, how wrong can you go on these items? I’ve ate their some years ago which was very good, not no more will never eat their again

My husband and I wanted to try this Pizza Hut and read recent reviews that were not very positive. They have been about customer service and how employees working there are not very pleasant. We wanted to give it a chance. We arrived and the employee at the counter was not inviting at all and was not very pleasant. I would love to give her credit for her unpleasant behavior but she was not wearing a name tag. We still were giving it a chance and sat down. She mumbled something as she was walking away. My husband said he thought it was “I’ll be back for your order.” There was no one else in the dining area. We sat there while she decided to clean the only table that was dirty and didn’t even bother to ask us if we wanted drinks. They get one star because we couldn’t even stay to determine any other areas star rating. We walked out!

The food was great service was great there was only two people working and the manager made that clear although respectful we did not get refills on our drinks. And waited at the counter for to go drinks for 10min before deciding to just leave.

The place was empty when we arrived and we had the place to ourselves. there is plenty of parking as well as handicapped parking. Service was good and the pizza was delicious stuff crust pepperoni and cheese sticks…there was this toy machine that kept Squeaking and since the place was empty it was loud.

I will never go back to pizza hut in Tecumseh their prices on breadsticks are ridiculous there family order comes with 10 breadsticks and there sauce that goes with them now comes in a little cup no bigger than a medicine cup not even enough for one breadstick and it cost me $25 dollars just for bread I could have got 2 pizzas cheaper I just don’t think they should charge more for just bread than they charge for pizza
