Moved here in the spring, and Apollo has quickly become my go-to spot. The burgers are great, waffle fries are incredible, and the large pizza deal is honestly hard to beat. The staff and manager have consistently been friendly and professional.
The only issue worth mentioning is the website. Over the past few months, I’ve had repeated problems with online ordering—specifically the site saying my card is invalid even though it’s the only card I use. When calling the store instead, there doesn’t seem to be a way to apply loyalty rewards.
To be clear, this is not a reflection on the in-store employees—they’ve been great and have no control over the website. This seems like a third-party issue that could use attention.
Five stars for the food, staff, and management. I just hope the website can be improved or loyalty rewards made usable for phone orders as well.

Apollo Pizza in Glenside is under new management and boy does it show.
I ordered a cheese steak twice and both times they were wrong. They put whatever they wanted to but nothing I asked for. I am done, they Lost a good customer! It looks like a bunch of young kids that are running it and they can’t cook. Just a heads up!

My pizza was cold and the cheese was burnt. My pizza used to look better than this. That’s why I keep ordering from them. But I don’t know, I probably won’t order from them anymore. This is the third time my pizza look crazy. And I asked for saucy wings and didn’t get saucy.

The food is good but if you order for delivery, expect everything to be late, cold and messy. They utilize a food tracker that you should completely ignore. If I had the chance to taste the good while still warm, I’d probably be able to give them 4 stars.

I get a large Buffalo Chicken Stomboli every time I go as I love the Buffalo sauce. I’ve attached pictures of my last 3 orders. I ordered the same large Stromboli and a side of blue cheese in the 3 different side sauce sizes available. Light comes with 1, Extra comes with 2 and XXtra comes with 3. I did try ordering it on the apollos website with blue cheese clicked but without a size and no sauce was given. This seems like a unique issue with food that already comes with side sauces as the system defaults to it being checked but the store does not have it on the receipt unless a sauce size is choosen.

I ordered a hoagie and received the incorrect one. My special instructions weren’t followed. They were not willing to refund me, so I had to go back find parking on a busy Friday night and get the sandwich again just got them to mess up on that one too. The presentation was unacceptable. The meat was placed directly on top of the roll without even assembling the sandwich. I will not be coming back here.

This place is amazing. They are great people and their prices are SO reasonable (I love their deals). This is my new “to go to” pizza place now. I have ordered here a few times now with delivery, and the food always get here hot and the order is always correct. Thank you Apollo Pizza for understanding us and not being money hungry. ❤️

I revisited Apollo since it was a childhood favorite pizza place for plain pizza and was pleased to find that they still do Greek style pizza (where the crust is thin but crispy). They do not skimp on the cheese and we love that they sprinkle cheese all the way up to the crust so there isn’t too much bare crust. At most places, you’d have to ask for extra cheese for what Apollo puts on a standard large plain pizza. When you want an inexpensive, delicious pie, you can’t beat Apollo’s value!

Stopped in today for a slice and fries for my daughter and I. While waiting for our food, my daughter was looking to play the “claw” game in the corner but I did not have a dollar to play. The delivery driver overheard me tell her that I did not have any cash and offered a dollar for her to play. Very generous. Great service and offered to cut the pizza into small pieces for my daughter. Pizza and fries were delicious and appreciate the kind employees.
