The pizza sucks. Got a supreme pizza and it’s trash. Tell me if u would eat this. No sauce, burnt, can’t eat it. Hard as a rock.

This Pizza Hut does not even deserve 1 star. Ordered for Superbowl, got it home, crust is burnt, no sauce, no cheese, vegetables piles in the middle, not even chewable. Called twice, waited on hold for an hour all together and still no answer. Have to take it back up there in the middle of the Superbowl and hope they get it right.

My wife ordered carry out bone in wings and got boneless instead. Called to ask for a refund and had absolutely no problem with it after speaking with Kimberly (not sure if that’s the how she spells it). Excellent customer service from Kimberly.

We reserved the party room for a child’s birthday. The room was set up & ready for our group, but the floors were filthy with food & crumbs smeared into the carpet. The service was excellent even though they were short staffed.

So I ordered and went to get it. I know for a FACT I had my phone number on the order because I remember typing it online. Sat in line for 20 minutes all to get to the front and the red head to greet me with a “yeah” and then goes “we are out of stuffed crust” Okay so no phone call and you waited for me to get there to tell me. Well the of course I had to cancel the order because they had not even started the 2nd pizza.

Yeah…….this place sucks. If you are looking for a restaurant experience do not go here. Pizza itself isn’t bad. It is still a Pizza Hut recipe. But the dine-in experience is not dine-in. You might as well be sitting at a park bench. Store is not clean. Outside is not clean. I suggest shutting the doors and making it a take out/delivery only. Or sell it to someone who would like to make it into a good restaurant. Milanos across the street is way better and cheaper. A lot cheaper

Went here for buffet, it was all trash. I remember this place being a warm and inviting restaurant. Now the pizza slices are as thin as paper. Pasta I can make that at home. And the drinks are not in cups in ice. They’re just bottles that you can get at a store. I feel bad for the people that work there

The place would make a great pizza place! You can’t order from your table it’s carry out. They don’t have fountain drinks or tea,everything is in a bottle. The sign says dinning room open but you have to order at the counter and they bring it to you in a box. Someone else should buy it!

Great for Groups! We brought a group of 30 with only 20 minutes notice, and they had us in and out way faster than stopping for fast food. And they worked with us to make the most of their current specials, which allowed us to feed 20 very hungry teenagers for $5 a head. Great experience. This will be my go to when bringing groups from Broken Bow.
