It’s izakaya-style, and the food was overall very delicious. It’s a great place for both lunch and dinner. Since it’s run by a Korean owner, the service felt very friendly and everything was neat. The $15 corkage fee is such a great deal.

We, a group of 6, went on a not too busy Saturday evening. At least it didn’t seem to be too busy since we were able to be seated right away.
The food was good & pretty decent size portions too.
I have to question their method of delivering food to everyone though. They brought out every entree one at a time, with noticeable amounts of time in between. Including bringing the two hot dishes first. Nearly 10 minutes before the 3rd person got the first sushi dinner.
I think there might have been only one person making sushi, so that might have added to the delay. But we noticed they were trying to fulfill takeout orders as well.
I think the food was good enough that I would go back for a second time when I’m in the area again. Though maybe not on a weekend evening

Ordered the chirashi deluxe today, but unfortunately the sashimi didn’t taste fresh and I ended up with a bad stomachache afterward. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

We arrived at 6:45 pm on a Friday and ordered sushi for ourselves, plus plain rice and avocado for our baby. After over an hour, and checking in multiple times, we finally asked for the bill and to take the food to go. I also asked for a glass of water that never arrived.
After exactly an hour, and only after I raised my voice, the chef rudely claimed our food had been ready “for a while,” which was clearly not true. Five minutes later, the food finally came out, and it wasn’t even what we ordered.
We never received the side of rice and avocado. Instead of shrimp tempura, we were given something else entirely. The rolls that were supposed to contain shrimp tempura had carrots in them, completely random and not what was ordered. On top of that, the food tasted bad.
Overall, a terrible night and a place we will never return to.

Been here multiple times and so far all our visits have been great! LOVE the jazz ambient music and the food! We always get fresh oysters and nigiri deluxe. Love the service as well. Its a pretty small restaurant but customer turnover is pretty quick. Longest we’ve waited for a table on a weekend is 15minutes. Quiet location and is easy to park since its in a plaza with other business places as well. Definitely recommended!

My autistic son loved his teriyaki chicken, but he needed more rice cuz one cup isn’t enough. On the other hand, my wife ordered the Chirashi and which came with three times more rice than my son’s dish. For me, I ordered the salmon miso which was salty to me but still edible. In addition to salad and miso soup, our dishes came with tofu and pickled ginger & cucumber. Just a lot of parking in the plaza but the restaurant seating capacity is small, probably around 30 guests.
