“The Pizza Hut in Cushing, Oklahoma has terrible service. They keep messing up my orders, and the staff is rude. On three different occasions, they’ve messed up my order.
The first time, they forgot the pepperoni on my Big New Yorker pizza, then refused to fix it. The second time, they forgot the marinara sauce for my breadsticks. This last time, I went to pick up my order to avoid their shady $4 delivery fee (which the driver apparently doesn’t even get!), and they still managed to mess it up.
I shouldn’t have to check my order every time – it’s their job to get it right!
And what’s the deal with that $4 delivery fee anyway? The driver doesn’t get it, so where does it go? Why does Pizza Hut need an extra $4 to have a third party deliver my pizza? It’s a rip-off!”
And I just looked at the pizza and the PAN pizza is overproof or under proof this is terrible looking crust on this supposed to be PAN Crust. Looks like it’s hand tossed and I’m not sure they cooked it well done seems a tad Doey.

Edit: we tried the new “melts” & they were just ok. The good thing about them is the crust! Thin & crispy and seasoned well! Why can they brush the melts with garlic butter but they can’t put it on the pizza crusts anymore??? The bad thing: it doesn’t satisfy the “pizza” craving & they didn’t have a lot of flavor. They were also pretty small. Idk if we will get it again. We got the meat lovers. We may try the chicken, bacon, Parmesan next time. ♀️

Edited: it’s not as good as it used to be! Sadly. We hardly want to order here anymore and it was my weekly obsession. They don’t season their crust anymore and seems like I didn’t get barbecue sauce the last few times I’ve ordered it.

yeah so the pepperoni pizza tasted straight up like cardboard- i immediately had to spit it out…we’ll be taking our $30 to get real pizza next time, thanks. maybe just stick to the cheese sticks.

Oh wow has anyone heard their delivery services are up and running. Have had a delivery, very good and prompt- food was just out of oven hot,YUMMY !!! Really like alot of items here. When i called recently my order was taken quickly respectively and kind. Oh yes i love their hand tossed pizzas with crust coated with garlic butter. Yeah i splurged— ooey gooey triple chocolate brownies and cookies. Wow see their competition’s delivery vehicles (not as much as used to) now see their delivery vehicles all the time.

Ordered last night and went through the window to pick up, Was greeted by Ozzy and she was fantastic! The food was perfect and her attitude was perfect, glad to see there’s someone as great as her working there!! Will 100% definitely be back! Thank you Cushing Pizza Hut!

The hours are misleading. We went in at 745 and they didn’t want to seat us because they were closing the lobby at 8. They let us sit down but acted like they wanted us to hurry and leave the entire time. After we ordered they let us know they were out of pan pizza crusts and made us adjust our order (after placing it) to something much more expensive with no discount offered. The majority of our order was for pan pizzas so it was very frustrating.
They do a good job in the kitchen, the pizza was correct and it all tasted good.(we had one allergy order without cheese and they kept it separate,)
They should definitely adjust their hours online and on the signs if they want to close 2 hours early.

This was the worst experience ever. Delivery was ok but my food was inedible. Food must have been under heat lamp several hours. Pasta sauce was setting up and my melt was too hard to even eat. Very disappointed and only settled because they didn’t have a dominos in Cushing.
