I am a paraplegic so I could not go myself so my son in law and his friend went me and my granddaughter texted him our order.
They arrived there was no where to sit while waiting on your food mmmcrazy right first strike ↕️
He waits a half hour only to be told that they did not have what he ordered they had my order and his but not my granddaughters so instead of slidders he called and she said get me the shrimp.
The cashier was laughing and talking to other employees very unprofessional when dealing with a customer.
The order took another hour to be done. Let me just tell you all of the sides were wrong I wanted collard greens they were
EXTREMELYspicy whoever did those greens need some serious training no seasoning just spicy and bland. I wanted mac and cheese plenty of cheese no flavor paid for a separate container of this stuff and yams and fish the only thing that was edible was the fish.
Instead of the yam’s in my platter there was more macaroni and WHAT OMG I also had a piece of cornbread that was undercooked I threw everything away except the fish not good but edible.
My son in law ordered Lamb chops, cabbage and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were bland and he had double of them no cabbage.
So I said all this to say do not waste your money going to the restaurant in Frankford do not waste your money I learned my lesson trust me I am a foodie and this stuff sucks I would never recommend it to you or anyone do not waste your time or money.
Listen to me it took a 150.00 for three platters and one side for me to learn to never go again don’t let this be you.

Sooo, this is my spot…I haven’t ordered since last year because I moved from the neighborhood. However, ONCE again they have NOT disappointed!!! I ordered Via UBER EATS, my favorite Combo with (2) Salmon sliders, (4) Shrimps (1) Buffalo Chicken Rolls (4) Thai Chili wings and fries…Delish Everything taste fresh, definitely proportioned, just Good.
P.S. I judged ATMOSPHERE by the customer service I received when I called. ☺️

I ordered from kee boom express and I tell u one thing the food was good my daughter got fry fish and yams my son also got the same thing they love the food …fish was fried nice not to hard and not to soft the Mac and cheese was good …They loved it.. me and my other daughter had chicken Alfredo was awesome I always order that❤️ the portions is nice size ..U definitely get your money worth. And the food came hot I order from Uber Eats. Please try it for ur self u won’t regret it ❤️

Usually my food from here is amazing. I’m not sure why the last couple of time there hot honey sauce is buffalo and honey. The chicken definitely wasn’t fresh. I’m a General Manager at a restaurant and I know the quality of food. Not sure if I’m going to return. I ordered here several times the last couple of times my experience wasn’t not the greatest. Hopefully the owner reads this. I rave about this place usually. I pray your employees stop doing the foolishness.

My Daughter told me about kee boom. She was right, the food is the best I’ve tasted in Philly. I ordered the stuffed salmon platter and it was the best; everything had alot of favor , I also had the shrimp pasta with broccoli, just good . No complaints! This place is #1 on my list of places to eat when it comes to soul food.

I’ve ordered from here a while ago and me and my husband got the stuffed salmon Alfredo. OMGEEEEE so good. It took long to come bc we ordered through Uber Eats I’m assuming this was before location changed and we live in Drexel hill. But it was with the wait. We ordered again last night and the location is closer and the food was 10/10. Fish was so good and they gave you condiments without asking. We got the platter sampler with the burger sliders, shrimp, wings chicken rolls. Sooo good and we also got fried fish and it was so many pieces.

I frequent this location quite often. The food is always good. My favorite is probably the shrimp and yams. The Mac and cheese is good but my godmoms go harder. The koolaid is good too. I order ahead and they call me when it’s ready. Sometimes it could be about an hour but that’s usually because it’s always a line outside. But it’s well worth the wait. Definitely recommend!

Fri, May 23. 2025. I ordered Stuffed Salmon Alfredo. It was sooooo delicious!!! It was perfect until I found hair in the Stuffed part of the Salmon. Smh, and they closed right now. It’s 11 pm, I can’t even do anything about it!!! Until tomorrow!! I’m sooooo upset!!! And the long single piece of hair is so entangled and merged with the stuffed salmon crab meat. I don’t understand how the person preparing the food didn’t see it.

We drove an hour and 45 minutes from Harrisburg and spent almost $120 to sample this food Philly been hyping up and honestly it was just ok nothing bad but not one thing stood out or wowed us. The shrimp and fried chicken was the best of what we got and the lamb chops was the worst tough and bland. The eggrolls and the fish was mid at best but the biggest positive is the amount of food you get.
