I’ve eaten from multiple pizza hut some decent some not. This wasn’t decent.
Ordered 5 pizzas online & paid for them. Was somehow done in under 10 minutes. When I got there, it looked like they were old pizzas just reheated. Crust was rubbery and overall dry. Employee asked me who I was multiple times, then asked what my order was. Came out with five pizzas and asked how I’d like to pay for them i told Employee I had already paid for them.

Sat on hold for one hour and eight mins to talk to the GM about the food poisoning incident last Friday. Hung up and called back, the assistant manager stated he did not get any phone calls. Will post picture of the call. Kelly, I’ll be waiting to hear back from you and when I do i will delete this post.

Terrible customer service. I ordered 4 pizzas and they gave me 1. Not a big deal, misunderstanding right? Wrong. I’m sitting in the lobby waiting for my new pizzas to be made listening to them yelling on the back about how rude it is that I “changed my order after arriving.” What a lack of customer service that is. No wonder this place is a ghost town. To top it off I they gave me the bread sticks that they made originally making them cold and hard by the time I get home. Tell the manager you say? The manager is the one with the loud rude mouth.

Terrible location. Closes an hour earlier than all other pizza huts in the city and is always out of pizza early. Terrible planning at this store every time. I drive across town or call mazzios before going here.
It’s been 6 months since the above review was posted. I called today, Sunday September 2nd at 7pm, the first time I’ve ordered from them since I left the review, and they are closed. Not a holiday, and the call center has no explanation why. If the star scale went negative, they wouldn’t be worth the lowest rating. I repeat and continue my thoughts that this is the worst pizza hut in the state.

I usually order pick up which I haven’t ever had any issues with. This is the second time I have ordered delivery and the second time they have not brought the marinara sauce. I called and the person who answered the phone asked me what I wanted him to do about it? I was disappointed because I can’t wait for them to bring me some sauce due to the fact I now must leave for work. My order is sitting on the fridge now because it was also very cold and the garlic knots were hard with no garlic butter on them. I won’t be ordering delivery from them anymore. Worst pizza I have ever had. To think I paid extra to not drive 2 miles for cold food.

Today, I visited the newly designed Pizza Hut location on Kenosha in Broken Arrow, OK. I would like to inform the owner of this establishment the need for a 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend experience.
After repeating my order three times, the staff still came out with the wrong pizza. After informing the front desk staff individual of the error, she offered to have a new one made momentarily. After an additional half hour wait, I went to check on the status of my order only to be informed that my re-do pizza was given away.

Very underwhelming. They were barely busy yet it took 20 minutes for a Caesar salad with no chicken, and a chicken sandwich. Then we get home, no salad dressing or utensils. I then call, and am put on silent hold for over 5 minutes. All in all, is say it was a great experience. Get it together.
