Service was terrible. Waiter brought out half our order and the gave us the bill and when he brought out the rest of our food we never got any refills or saw him at the table again. Floor and 2 tables were filthy and we were the only one after one of the tables left. Waiter would start cleaning one stop mess with his phone then start cleaning the other then to the phone again before either were clean.

We came in with a party of 19 people and was instantly accommodated. It was quiet and empty. I’ve had bad experiences here in the past and wasn’t really expecting much different. I heard there was new management and thought we’d give it a try. I was amazed how helpful and happy our waiter was. He always had a smile. The food was hot out of the oven and delicious, plus there was no mistakes with our order. I was highly impressed with the improvement that has been made. The place was clean, that was nice too see also. Thumbs up Pizza Hut!

Pizza as ordered, side salad – so many onions to pick off – no dressing – no parm cheese for pizza – and when they went to hand me my drink most of it was on the outside of the cup!!! I don’t want that in my car… “Do you want me to wipe it off for you?” Really!!! Just throw it away!!! Over priced… poor service! $16+ for personal pan pizza & side salad and a smart mouthed attitude!!! Not cool.

This was actually the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to! The employees were perfect employees. They were friendly, checked in on us at exactly the right times, and found work to do when they weren’t helping us. Our food came out fast, hot and delicious. This location has improved greatly over the last two years with perfectly cooked pizza and always getting our order correct. We order from them online so as to avoid confusion and misunderstanding that sometimes happens when ordering over the phone. The staff is always smiling and quick to come to the drive through window. 4 stars because sometimes I get stuck in that line for up to 15 minutes while some person who jumped the gun they on their expected ready time chooses to sit and wait for them to finish their order instead of moving out of the way I think the store needs to ask them to move out of the way and possibly come inside so the rest of us who are patient enough to wait until the time we are told can get our food while it is still hit

I ordered a gluten free pizza with multiple toppings. One of the topings was chicken. When I called the watonga location back to inform them that my pizza was wrong. The young lady was trying to be helpful and make it right while the gentleman in the back ground was yelling and being rude. My problem was never resolved I just ended up dealing with it.
