I was delighted to find Pizza Hut was open on Sunday evening! The lady work in the front was just as charming as can be so very friendly and nice. The place looks spotlessly clean, but I was taking my pizza for carry out. The cheese in the sauce is delicious, but the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way it was pretty underdone. The crust was mostly white; I noticed that right away. Without a few bubbly brown spots, I could tell immediately that it wasn’t cooked long enough. I got extra cheese and the cheese was melted, but the crust was extremely limp and downright doughy in some spots.

Salad bar is terrible only have half the ingredients they used to have. Waitress doesn’t know anything. Asked for a couple salsa packs for the taco pizza and only got one. Asked for “a cup” to pour my drink into, got a full drink instead. And I repeat, SALAD BAR IS TERRIBLE & THE RANCH DRESSING SUCKS TOO!!!!!!

Besides the cashier which was working her butt off to tend to everyone, manager did not come out to help and my order for what was around $39 turned into $70 and food was no differnet then microwave pizza very disappointed… Do better Pizza Hut and FYI do not ask for plates or silverware for your take out order the manager doesnt like to come off of them

We’ve ordered pizza from alva ok Pizza Hut 3 times and every time it cost way more than quoted on the phone. Pizza is fine, just ask for a total on the phone and don’t let them scam you when you pick it up. They told me the GM will be in in 3 days to refund me the overcharge… trust no one, stay sharp!

New Review: Honestly, the new pizzas have made ordering pizzas here worth it. The new Yorker and the hot honey pizza are amazing and hit the spot. I love the boneless wings too, especially the hot honey and the blazing hot wings.
Old Review: It’s like a typical pizza hut, nothing special. Unfortunately, your best bet is the buffet, as three time out of five, the pizza you order online, is messed up. I do not reccomend the soup, it tastes amazing, but I’ve never had it arrive at my table hot or even room temperature.

There was only one waitress at work this night, and plenty of customers. She ran her rear end off making sure all customers were taken care of; she did an excellent job! The food came out on a timely manner and was good too.
