I legitimately had one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten was prepared by this location! If I’m being honest I’m not that crazy about Pizza Hut I prefer more of authentic traditional style pizza however, today they were on point! I ordered three lg pizzas total they were all super fresh, even the pineapple tasting fresh with a little bit of a crispness. The pepperoni pizza was absolutely top-notch! Had a little bit of that pepperoni oil on it I’m telling you it was really good.

The worst experience Ive ever had.showed up at 1800 hours didnt get waited on till 1830. and that was only AFTER I went up to the counter and asked. “are we going to get waited on or are we going to have to go some were else” then it took over an hour to get our order. both the pizzas was greasy. the dishes that were brought to us was full of water and we had to dry them off our self before we could use them. ordered CHEESE STICK and got bread sticks with cheese over them. if i wanted bread sticks i would have ordered bread sticks. there was only 2 other tables of people in the hole store with 6 employees this kind of service is uncalled for. Ive worked for pizza hut in Sapulpa Oklahoma as cook and i know how long it takes. the hole crew needs to be FIRED and a new crew put in place to include the manager AND the shift managers. that is the only way youll get good food and service out of this store. until this happens me and my wife wont be back. and as soon as i get off of here i will be contacting corporate and letting them know how bad this store has become. So you can plan on a visit from them when im done.

Well,.. it’s just not good anymore. The most generous assessment I can give would be it’s inconsistent. Increase in prices but decline in quality is a sign that they are giving up. Not sure it would be fair to lay the blame on this local establishment when it may be a corporate problem.
