Edit: I just called in an order and the person taking my order at 6:20 was in a hurry to get off the phone. Got my order wrong. Hung up while I was still talking to him. When I called back and said my order was wrong he said it couldn’t have been him who took the order because he just clocked in at 7:00. I’m going to use the other pizza hut.

I am going to start with the actual reason I WILL NOT use pizza hut any more. Listen up Pizza Hut! after ordering from you for many years I now cannot pay cash due to Pizza Hut outsourcing their deliveries to Door Dash. second irritation is the S*** app that never allows me to redeem my rewards without ordering other food I don’t want. your employees are methed out, rude and quite frankly nasty..That is both locations in Ardmore. Step your game up. the nostalgia is gone and what is left is the aftermath of corporate greed. I sent my order to papa johns. I don’t even like papa johns.

Wanted a pepsi and they were out so I ordered an orange Crush and they didn’t bring it, when I ask the driver about it she simply said they didn’t have any. So, they basically just blew it off, didn’t even bother to call me to offer another option.. the pizza was the worst I’ve ever had at any pizza place and we’ve literally eaten pizza at a buffet before lol it was very cardboard like and not at all appetizing. Super disappointed, but the best thing out of the experience was the very kind driver.

We are visiting from Idaho, and just wanted something easy at the hotel. When we called the first time we were placed on hold, then they hung up on us. We called back 4 more times and every single time they would pick up and hang up on us. Very disappointed in customer service. Obviously they don’t want business at all!

The employees were not dressed to be waiting tables. Our waitress was wearing jeans below her stomach, and in a manner that a plus size woman shouldn’t. The male waiter had on torn jeans biker boots and chains. They were nice just not properly dressed to me. They had problems with their internet going down all night and we had to wait until it came back up to check out. The salad bar was nasty . Food was greasy.

I ordered a large pineapple, ham, bacon pizza & a medium pepperoni with jalapeños pizza. They gave me a large pepperoni & medium pineapple & ham. The pizzas we did get had no sauce either. We live too far to drive back so it ruined up our lunch. Very disappointed!

Love the staff but the pizza was just so-so this time. Dough was a bit too doughy. We love our delivery people and the staff is always friendly when we call for our order!

Ordered a pizza yesterday and it left the whole family with stomach pain. Furthermore, this pizzahut location needs a major revamp in regards to their parking lot and property. If you were to judge this location by the looks of it, this pizzahut looks like it has been abandoned for 5 years.
