Made a visit tonight to this location and I didn’t get the name of the nice hostess at the counter. She was very friendly and kind as I explained to her I had a bad experience at another location (1630 NW 23rd OKC) a few weeks back. Her GM assisted me and was very understanding. They made my personal pan pizzas and all in all their service was great , the location was clean and the pizza was good! I appreciate you guys and will ordering from this location here on out !

My pizza disappeared for delivery for over 25 minutes and the taste was horrendous. Was not a pizza hut pizza, the sauce, pepperoni, and cheese were disgusting. I’m not sure what happened, but the delivery driver literally disappeared with for 25 minutes while the pizza was supposed to be delivered. When I called, Dave just laughed about it. If the pizza is expected to be here at a certain time and is completely inedible 25 minutes later…do yourself a favor and don’t order from here.

Finally just asked for our money back ( not only did the order take forever but getting the order canceled took forever) after ordering in advance waiting forever only to be given the wrong order. Won’t go back here again. Wonder why Pizza Hut is shrinking? It takes them forever to cook a pizza.

Horrible customer service…placed an order and an item was missing … submitted a complaint to have the issue resolved via the app… only received a I would be contacted 1-3 business… a week later… still no resolution… contacted the store… the store lead asked me to call back tomorrow with the GM would be available… I should not have to jump through hoops after the staff messed up on my order… don’t waste you time with chat… they are useless!!! Until this issue is resolved… I won’t spend any penny with this location!!!
