We ordered Pepperoni Lovers + extra pepperoni at Choctaw, OK, 23rd St. location. Got barely the regular amount of pepperoni you would expect on a normal pizza. Tried to call TWICE, got operator that transferred me TWO SEPARATE TIMES to the store and nobody answered either time! Waited on hold for 10min 1st time and 15min second time. NO ANSWER! I want compensated for that extra $5 (or more) pepperoni I didn’t get!

Ordered 2 large specialty pizzas on a Saturday night & they were delicious! We picked up and they were pleasant and positive after a large rush. When we got home the pizzas were hot and cheesy!!

When I was not able to make it out anywhere to pick something up and only had cash available I couldn’t find any place that would deliver to my apartments (I understand I would not want to either) this store manager though went above and beyond and helped figure something out for me. Ordered the “NEW YORKER” with pepperoni & bacon! Not at all what the picture shows! Supposed to have pepperoni galore and cheese falling off as you remove a piece! What a joke! The crust was thin, the edges were hard (too well done) I could easily count the pepperoni. Bacon? Non existent! I won’t be back! Oh and they wanted to charge my CC $1.00 to fill out a survey!

So the teenagers in this store seem to take their job to a whole nother level they want to try to boss the doordashers around last I checked person place an order you made it and then when I came in and said the name you give me the order nothing about you trying to tell me what to do or how to do teenagers don’t need to be telling adults what to do work on your customer service maybe smile like the girl with the glasses on
