Usually have a good experience. The customer service was good and the lady working was helpful. It did take 40 min after my order was supposed to be ready and this is the pizza I came home with, minus the piece I ate. lol.

We ate here and the 17 year old young lady Madison served us. She let us know it was her last day however I just want to tell you how much of a blessing she was to us. She went above and beyond for us and is the most respectful kind hearted sweetest young waitress’ I have ever had. I wish her the best in life and hope she goes far. The restaurant itself was very clean fast and food was perfect. If we could give any more than just 5 stars we would. Thank you for the service and atmosphere.

We had ordered take out. Never had to much problems before but this time was terrible. Ordered hot wings with pizza but can’t eat hot wings. They are so dry you can’t even chew. They sit to long or something. Should had been cooked fresh. Very disappointed and cost to much not to say something.

Walked in and the 3 teenage girls working were hundled in back gossiping. I let them know I was here by asking if I could just seat myself. One other customer dining in. Waitress brought plastic utensils because all their good utensils were “dirty!” I will never dine in at this restaurant again! This establishment is a joke!

They didn’t give forks nor got our order correct. We had ordered a half and half. Ended getting a full. The boneless wings were way too fried. I asked for pepperonis to put on top on the pizza to save my time and theirs. They said “we have to remake the pizza”. I understand if someone messes up but after repeating to you 3 times my order there’s no way you should get it wrong. Overall bad service.

I cant speak to the atmosphere because we got delivery. But our food was FRESH and delicious!!!! We got two personal pans with a side of fries and wings. So yummy!

Get there (9;15ish pm), pay, get my food, and before I drive off I checked and instead of the cheese sticks I ordered in a big dinner box there is 4 pieces of Texas toast. I get they ran out of the sticks but they didn’t tell me or ask for a substitute or even tell me they were out. I get home and find hair in my food. Some in 3 diff crust of my pizzas and one in my Texas toast. Absolutely disgusting. I didn’t go back to get my money back because when I had said anything about the bread difference the worker obviously didn’t care I was mad about it. Terrible experience, I attached the best photo’s I could get. The crust one’s are from a single slice not from all of the slices we found hair on. We had a second pizza but no one wanted it after the first pizza so it went to waste.

The family pasta is more like a personal pan bowl…and it looked like someone ate half of it. Took 10min to remake and it looked like the just spread it back out and added some cheese!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’ve been a long time customer for this pizza hut. They almost always honor the special request in the notes, though optional is always very nice that there’s people who are chill with it. The only time i got a bad order was due in part to PH’s terrible phone app that loves lagging. The dude in charge was very kind and was kind enough to remake my pizza. Every person there is pretty relaxed but focused and I’m very grateful they’re down to Earth like that. I don’t expect the world when ordering fast food but these guys always go the extra mile!
