I just paid $80 for a pizza dinner for my family. The only good part about it was the door dash guy being nice and on time. There was a tiny bit of BBQ on the chicken, the pizza was mostly crust, and I specifically asked the door dash guy to make sure pizza hut sent the 5 extra marinara that I PAID FOR, they sent 2. I’ve had it! I spend ALOT of money at pizza hut recently!!!!!!!!! Papa John’s here I come! I’m sick and tired of paying good money and getting shit!!!!! If corporate wants to reach out and make it right, we can deal. If not, it’s going to cost them probably $1,500 per year just for what I won’t be spending, plus whatever this review costs them. I’ll take it down for the right appeasement

Ordered 3 large pizzas at approx 7 pm on 12/31. Pizza was scheduled to be delivered at 7:28 called approx 7:45 and was told they are waiting on driver to return so he could deliver it. 8 pm they called in doordash to deliver our order. Finally arrived at 8:25. I understand its new years eve but why wait so long to bring in help and on top of that pizza was Luke warm

We ordered hand tossed pizzas. The toppings on one of the pizzas were incorrect. The dough was dense and undercooked as if it hadn’t risen enough.

The pizza is way expensive and is the exact quality of digorno’s. Hadn’t had pizza hut since I was kid at the buffet in Harrison. It’s not even the same restaurant, I will never give another dime to this money hungry disgrace of a company.

Waited over a hour for delivery, said was on its way in the mobile app and took a xtra 40mins!! Pizza was cold and to top it off got a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni! Service sucked.. on top I was lied to every time I called to see if the driver was driving circle when we lived less then 8mins from there customer service sucks anymore

I’ve been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for many years now even before the app. I frequent pizza hut locations all across the country in my travels. By far this is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I can tolerate the fact that there very few chairs to sit in and having to stand being with back injuries it’s hard but I over look that. I can even over look that it’s located in a fairly scummy part of the city not far from tweeker motels, and most of the time I can even over look the substandard quality of food I receive from this location compared to other locations. But what I most definitely can not over look is the complete and horrid customer service and experience. As example tonight which prompted to finally write a review about this location I placed an order for my family through the app as I always do. The order was ready I went into the store to pick it up. After standing at the counter for almost 5 minutes watching the employees ignore all the customers in the store and talk amongst themselves, I spoke up. I stated my order has been ready for a bit and asked if I could have it. To my shock I was ignored. I asked again and again I was ignored. The third time I asked the lady working told me she was busy and went back to ignoring me. After that I continued to wait. The employee then started to help other customers and completely ignoring me. So I stated I wanted a refund. After being ignored an additional 10 minutes or more the lady stated that she issued a refund in cash. I told the employee that I paid with a card and would like the refund placed back on my card ( I don’t carry cash for safety reasons). At that point the lady refused to place the money back on my card and told me to leave the store. I stated I would leave as soon as I had documentation stating that a refund was issued. The employee then threatened to call the police to have me removed still without issuing the refund. By this point I already was in chat with Pizza Hut customer service informing them of everything happening. After waiting for the police for an additional 10 minutes or so ( never showed up) the employee finally issued my refund ( so she claimed) though I haven’t seen the money returned yet. I refuse to give a company money that treats their customers in such a way therefore I personally nor my family or friends will be going to any Pizza Hut location as long as that employee still has a job pizza hut will no longer profit off of poor subpar customer service. I invite all those that feel the same way about this Pizza Hut location to boycott this location and all locations until the standard of customer service is where it should be and met on a consistent basis. What I saw and experienced tonight at this location is a insult to all customer service position in existence and a slap in every paying customer paying customer face. Don’t stand for it they need your money you do not need their pizza. Force the positive change and say no until the change is made. This location amongst others will conform to customer satisfaction wants and needs if the customers force them to. I will no longer be opening my wallet to this company until a change is made starting with the termination of that Ill mannered employee.

The staff there is friendly and fast. They make the pizzas, and give them straight to you. The drivers are fast, and courteous
