Placed online order at 1pm to be ready at 6pm for carry out. We had to ask a 2nd time at 6:45 if it was ready. Upon receiving the order we checked it before leaving-the store had given us cinnamon knots instead of garlic knots. Upon arriving home(only a 10 min. drive) the pizza and wings were ice cld. The garlic knots were warm and fresh. The pizza also had large holes in the center of the crust from where the crust had been made too thin. My oldest son tried to serve himself a piece of pizza and it literally fell in half picking it up because the crust was in that bad of shape. Ranch was supposed to come with the wings and it didn’t and wings had hardly any buffalo sauce.We were trying to support a school fundraiser-would rather just give money to the school if Dominoes is going to give this kind of service and food.

Last 2 times we’ve gotten pizza from this place they have totally not even made the order we made, taking 45 minutes to make it right.
And the other time, which also turns out, the very last time ever we tried this place, they screwed up the order.
Terrible. It’s a shame too cuz when they actually do her out right, it’s good pizza.
Save yourself the trouble and just get Luigi’s.

Didn’t want to cook so we opted for pizza. Then didn’t get pizza, LOL. I got the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, he got the bacon cheddar ranch sandwich, and we split the sandwiches so we both got a half of each. Also got some tots and the cookie brownie. I did enjoy those sandwiches.

Garbage customer service. Food said it was ready in app then get there and sloppy looking red head guy tells me it’s not even been made yet and to deal with it and park…. shuts window on me. Shitty management and employees for mediocre chain pizza. Expect more from this side of town.

My review is no way a reflection on the service that we recieved. The service was great. The pizza , and wings were overprocessed trash. For starters the pizza tasted like cardboard with pasta marinara, resembling nothing like pizza sauce. And the wings , well they were just sloppy meat with not much flavor. The wings were not even somewhat crispy like wings should be. Basically soggy garbage. Dominoes never again. Haven’t had a dominoes in years, and this recent recent experience was an instant reminder as to why that’s been. The staff was excellent. The food quality , barley edible. . It was much better back when the Noid was around !!

The store manager is the only one able to make an order. I’ve ordered from here many times and there are missing ingredients, missing items all the time. Always a dissatisfied experience. This is my last time ordering from here: I paid for premium chicken buffalo pizza and the pizza they gave me was cheese pizza with the scrap ingredients that they had left. Didn’t find the chicken nor the buffalo sauce. SKIP THE PLACE.

Consistently delivered to the wrong street. Today they delivered to the wrong house number and wrong street, and just left the pizza at a neighbors house without ringing or knocking. I had to go on a scavenger hunt to find it.

Why am I paying ~$1.51 for each ingredient on my pizza when there is BARELY any onions and olives on the pizza? This happens all of the time. One slice doesn’t have any olives at all and only one sliver of onion.

I am so glad I moved to this store, the management staff is great! I’ve worked at 4 different stores over my years at Domino’s and this is the one with the best people by far. So many people are solid, and led by great people too! The dough press has improved product by miles, and there is always some kind of deal going on to make buying food really worth it. I live super close so this was the store I wanted to end up at, and I’m so glad I have!

It’s frustrating when you don’t want to make dinner so you order from someone who’s usually pretty reliable. And then you get a pizza with cheese on only four pieces. If you could please take your time when putting on the sauce and cheese so your customers are happy it would be much appreciated.
