They lie about pricing. I wanted the triple treat box. The lady said it wasnt available at this location, then I said okay give me the big box dinner. I added a brownie. It came up to almost $50.00. How does a deal for 19.00 plus a brownie for 7.99 plus tax come up to 47$ I asked her why I wasnt getting the promo that is posted and she tried to say that is for online orders only. I told her I was looking at it and it says ” online, carryout or delivery” she then hung up on me. When I tried calling back a man answered and he said there was no woman working that night. So I waited a few minutes and called from my son’s phone number which starts with a different area code and sure enough she answered. I confirmed it was the Paragould location by the old movie theater across from leap dental. I dont know what they have going on or why they are over charging people for pizza but someone is pocketing money.

The cashier tried telling me I had to give her my money on a cash delivery ,doordash pays them for that the cash is then deducted from my next dashes, they never have the orders started until we get there,do t recommend it for a good time out.

The food was good, but the pizza I had delivered and paid almost $22 for had all of the toppings slid to the side. I was hoping for a simple request to come trade the pizza for a fresh one, I would even pick it up myself. When I called at 6:19pm on 15 April, a man picked up the phone. I explained the situation and he simply said “oh okay” before putting me on hold until I disconnected.
I’m not too concerned with the pizza, but I was not happy about the quality of service – I paid for a quality pizza and received a mess. The cheese was all melted together and could not be spread back out, so I simply tried to add some more and heat in my own oven. Just annoying more than anything else.
To their credit, the rest of the order was fantastic and delicious.

Sunday 1st time visit wated 10 minutes walked in back employee said she was there alone wanted 3 pizzas said it would be at least 40 minutes wait before taking order to the manager who has 1person on Sunday at noon left with 2 other customers

We have not been to the area long, and are so glad that we are eligible for delivery. Several times all of the delivery drivers were so nice, they have always been here earlier than expected with hot and ready pizza. Pizza has always been correct and On busy days we love that we can count on pizza hut.

I got honey BBQ wings tonight and I guess they were out of sauce tonight. Because my wings had just a dab of sauce on them. Also no ranch or blue cheese dressing with them. The pizzas I ordered we’re great. But what does that matter I ordered the wings for me the kids got the pizza. Anyway all you can order from Pizza hut is pizza they screw everything else up.

I ordered my food over the phone and had it delivered. I paid with my debit card. They changed me 5 times. They say they didn’t, that it’s just a pending charge. That it won’t go thru. I called my bank and they say, it was charged or it wouldn’t be pending. All I can say is $180 is more than chicken Alfredo and burnt bread sticks are worth. I won’t be eating at Pizza hut again. I can’t afford it! But I’m not done yet if this isn’t fixed.

I am totally not into desert pizza or things like that but they have the best brownies on the planet!! They come in like an 8×8 disposable baking dish and are warm and AMAZING . TRY THEM, if you like brownies at all, you will love them❤️❤️
