Ok. Sometime back I had vowed to never go to this Pizza Hut again because the customer service was absolutely terrible. I recently heard from a friend that this store was under new management so I decided to give it another try. I am so glad I did! The new manager there is An absolute delight! You can tell the staff there is much happier as well as overall customer service and food quality has improved leaps and bounds. Good job Pizza Hut! You have regained my business.

I ordered a pizza at 3:04 pm, went to pick it up but was told my $100 bill couldn’t be broken. I said thank you, I apologize and left. After running errands and having change I reordered the pizza around 5:35pm. I arrived to pick the pizza up. Only to get home and realized I was giving the pizza that I ordered at 3:04pm. Returned to the store, a male driver informed me that they leave it in the hot box for later. The store manager refused to come from the back to speak to me, she refused to give me her general manager contact information. She was the person at 3:04pm that told me she couldn’t break the $100 bill.

Ordered paid for pizza online to just pop in, grab the pizza and go. Arrived t the store-no lights in parking lot, no one front of store whe.
