I hate to do this and I will happily take my review down / amend if it is made right. I ordered pizza for carry out tonight 20 minutes before close and arrived 8 minutes prior.
The guy was so nice at the window, that I asked him how many guys were working tonight and he said just them two. I gave them $100 each as a tip just because this guy was that great. I don’t regret that part, but it really sucks that they either accidentally (or rushed) and took my tavern style pizza out of the oven too soon.
The crust was noodle like you can see it is raw. I didn’t notice until I ate some of the edge pieces which were not as bad, but still raw. My wife will not eat it.
Would love to receive a complimentary replacement pizza for this.

I have always loved the pizza at Pizza Hut. My husband and I went one night and ate from the Buffett. When I went to pay my check , I saw 3 or 4 employees making pizzas WITHOUT gloves on. They were all sticking their hands in different toppings and one was also working the register. I have not been back since and will not. I don’t know about anybody else, but that many hands in all those toppings made me never want to go back

I’ve lived in Cabot a good chunk of time and every since I’ve lived here I’ve been only been greeted with a smile and extreme kindness from the lady that looks like the mom from the wild thornberrys that works here so just a shout out to her for being so great literally remembering who I am no longer how long it’s been. Also a big shout out the cook who oddly enough looks like the son from the wild thornberrys I always know if I see him back there slinging pizzas that’s my food is gonna be bomb! Just wanted to give a shout out the great service these two do specifically! Thank you guys for giving me the best Hut experiences! (I just got their names shout out Chandra and Malachi!)

They really need new management here. When we pick up our order at night, it smells like weed. There is loud rap music playing and the guy giving the food looks a mess. Just not what you would expect from an establishment.

I recently ordered from the Pizza Hut in Cabot, AR. The food itself was decent—your standard Pizza Hut fare—but what really made this experience stand out was the phenomenal service I received from my delivery driver, Josh.
Josh was not only prompt, but his kindness, professionalism, and genuinely friendly attitude were a cut above the rest. In a world where good customer service can be hard to come by, Josh set the bar high. He made the delivery experience feel personal and positive, and honestly, he’s the ONLY reason this review is as high as it is.
If Pizza Hut is lucky enough to keep Josh on their team, they should consider him a major asset. I might order again just to get that kind of top-tier service. Thanks, Josh—you made an okay meal feel like a five-star experience!

Catalina has given me the best service ever!! She made sure everything was perfect and when I asked for extra seasoning she gave it to me without an issue. Also when my husband took to long to order pizza she sat there very calm and helped us in every way she could! Thank you so much Catalina her management skills are incredible!

Used to be great, can’t get delivery now it’s always cold, half your order, or smashed up ever since they switched to using dashers instead of just using a deliver driver, quality has gotten terrible ever since.
