This is the second time in a row (months apart) that our order has been wrong. You can even see our request clearly on the receipt in the photo. After a long week, we were looking forward to taking a break and enjoying dinner — but at $58 for two people and one completely wrong order, it just isn’t worth it. Their solution was for us to come pick up a correctly made meal. Unfortunately, tonight was an expensive reminder to save my money and make something at home.

Absolutely horrible experience with this restaurant. This is the second time I’ve gone to the port orchard location and been disappointed. I eat at the Bremerton location often and food has always been delicious and full of flavor. The salsa at the port orchard location was so watered down it’s like they were running low so they turned on the faucet and filled it with water instead of making more, taste was horrible, the pork tasted old and recooked and the rice had no flavor either Was a total waste of money, ended up throwing away and going somewhere else. I will never eat here again, trust me do not waste your money!

I’m a regular. I come once a week usually, and I noticed the quality on a busy day is pretty bad. That’s very disappointing because on a good day for them, when they put care into their food, it’s very good. Today like usual, I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and every bite was just fatty bacon – nothing edible. Disgusting. I opened it up, and saw massive chunks of unmelted cheese, not spread out evenly, and the super fatty bacon. Nothing edible there. Just gross. I give this burrito 1 star. But for the face that they have some good day, I give them 3 stars.

I used to be a regular customer and ate here 2-3 times a week. Quality and consistency is not what it used to be. I decided to give this place another opportunity today. It was not busy and my order came out incorrect. The burritos are basically beans & rice with the smallest serving of meat. Bland and tasteless.

I can not believe you door dash over 80$ worth of food and they do not throw in one or two of the tiny containers of green or red sauce. You would think you should get a sauce with each meal but that’s not the case you get none unless paid for. I have always gone thru the drive thru and they always throw in 2 red and 2 green but not with door dash. The food isn’t the same. Very disappointed that it has happened two times now so it’s definitely just how they do things.

Really good & cheap on taco tuesday. 1.5$ for tacos, i recommend the crispy chicken ones. All Aceituno’s locations taste different and this one is fine. Though the one in Orting is still the best.
