The food was fresh and flavorful. The pizza had a crispy crust with plenty of toppings, and the wings were cooked well with just the right amount of sauce. Everything was packaged neatly and still hot by the time I got home. I also appreciated that the team double-checked my order before handing it to me.

Traveling out of town and stopped in, and was so pleasantly surprised!! It was so cute inside and I wasn’t expecting a dine in area. The pizza, pasta, and cheese sticks were all soooooo friggin good!! Best Pizza Hut I’ve ever been in. I DoorDash a lot and usually dread going into these places but the kids wanted it so I was sad but got here and was so grateful we came!! The food was great, the service was extremely great, and it was so quick!! This was an absolute gem and blessing after swimming at the lake for a few hours!

I ordered on line and by the time I got there to pick it up, everything was ready. The hand tossed crust could’ve been a bit more brown and I think they forgot the extra sauce but they got all my toppings right. The thin crust meat lovers was perfect as the bacon and cheese bread sticks. I also took advantage of wing Wednesday and for once, had a few left over.

I recommend any other pizza spot in Arkadelphia. The food isn’t terrible but the customer service alone will have you losing your appetite before you even eat it, I understand no one is happy to work at a pizza restaurant but it’s getting worse each time. I could understand the cooks/drivers/regular employees being this way but I had a manager named “Cody” be very rude and sarcastic during my entire carry out process, they can’t even fake it anymore which I understand everyone isn’t capable but a MANAGER???unless the customer is being super rude then I could understand, but I was not, I simply tried to reason and understand why couldn’t order a sauce that I had been ordering for the last couple of weeks, if I knew management/Cody was this way I would’ve never asked, I will be closing my account after I use the rest of my reward points then go full dominos from now on.

Our family has ordered 3 to 4 times with the new Pizza Hut Location here in Arkadelphia.
We have really tried to support the new location with the understanding that with a new restaurant your going to have some difficulties.
The food is too inconsistent for us in quality and we are going to give the location a break.
The location is new, clean and the employees are nice/kind.
Look forward to trying the location in the near future. TY
