Dec. 5th I pulled up to get my food the employee looked at me and left. I thought you know she was busy. 10 mins sitting at window still no service. I had blow my horn and cuss just to get my food. Never want Pizza Hut again

Buy 1 get 1 free for boneless wings so i ordered on the app. Got 8 honey bbq and 8 garlic parm. Paid 10.61 at window, got food, went home. Opened containers and was appalled. The boneless “wings”…..were the size of a mcdonald nugget. Half of those nuggets were the size of a quarter. I know they cant be giving out small nuggets for sales nor should any i have described be worth a dollar each to them.
If you want nuggets go to a convenience store, the dollar general, or McDonald’s itself. It would be wayyyyy cheaper. I took a photo but only had a nickle for comparison. #3 is the size of most which is a regular mcd’s nugget. Still not worth a dollar. #1 & #2 smaller than nuggets.
From now on……pizza hut chicken is off my menu.

Ordered hand tossed pizza. Got home and pizza was inedible. Dough was undercooked and still white in color on the bottom and floppy. Dough was not proofed for a hand tossed style pizza and crust edges not risen like before. It was chewy and doughy tasting. I had to season it and put in my oven for 10 more minutes but the dough was still unrisen and chewy. I ate 2 slices then threw the rest away. I wasted 13.25. I hope one day a domino’s will come and give many, la. pizza hut competition. I wish i could post the pics i took.

Ordered a tavern style pizza on the app. Got home and its thin pizza cut in pie slices not tavern style. The food was bland as always but after adding garlic, onion, and other seasoning was edible.
I dont get it. People want more money per hour but cant cut a pizza the way its suppose to per style. History repeafs itself so when is pizza hut going to bring back the 80’s and 90’s pizza hut?
The wings were not hot. Warm at best. Breadsticks were room temp and cup of sauce was cold straight from fridge. The pizza was room temp. Cheese had no elacticity to it at all. I was there when it was suppose to be ready and only live 5 miles away. None of this should have happened. Plus had to wait 30min on a 15min order.

I ordered a specialty pizza & and a single topping pizza for 23.10. The specialty pizza was cooked fine but the thin & crispy was over cooked. My guess is oven was too hot for thin items but just right for thick breaded items.
Rather then remake and loose profit on wasted ingredients…….it was pushed out the window as if everyone was blind to the condition of the thin pie. The cheese was dark and lacked any stretch appeal and was replaced with the crunch sound the you would compare to the crust.
I dont complain to the store due to growing up in an era where retaliation replaces pizza with hair or spit. Thats why i can only voice my grievances after the fact so maybe corporate will actually do something. Next time, i will make my own.

Tried another pie. Placed order. Expected pick up time was 50 minutes. After long wait , got pie after rude teen talkin smack at window. I ordered 18.00 worth but total at drive up was 6.00. I asked if that was right, was told about applied discount i didn know about then was told ” i can just charge you the 18 if you want”.
The pizza was cold and tasteless because it was ready in 15 to 20 minutes while the web site said 50 minutes so…..i recieved it 30 minutes cold. Microwaving just makes it worse. If gas prices come down……would try leesville Domino’s rather than Many pizza hut.

Ordered a hand tossed pepperoni pizza. Not what was expected. I believe different thickness crusts need different cook times to achieve a perfect experience.
The pizza i got w undercooked. The crust was pale blonde color, soft, underside was blonde in color. The cheese was melted but still white, no slight browning to it and the cup & char pepperoni was cooked enough to “cup” but lacked the crunchy char. Could not taste the sauce (no flavor).
It definitely needed a little more cook time.
The previous two pizza i had (not in these reviews) were perfect but the ball was dropped on this one.

First thing no salad dressing, second thing no Parmesan cheese. The restaurant has what I believe to be a strong mildew odor. The whole time we sat at our table other tables were not being cleaned off there’s trash all over the floors and to top it off we ordered a supreme pan and it came out with black stuff all over the top which appears to be plastic but, we were told it came from inside the oven. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned thoroughly especially the oven. I am a combat veteran and I’ve eaten cleaner places while I was stationed in Iraq. This place is disgusting!!!

When I got there it was night time, and the outside lights either don’t work or where not on, so it was hard to tell that it was open for business.
One inside my crew and I had get the attention of what appeared to beb2 managers on duty who where piled up at the computer. (Customer service)
We finally placed our order,
only to get back to the location we where staying and realize that 2 large pizzas had no red sauce (dry), not to mention the cold bread sticks (stale).
I feel that this can be a great pizza place with a few suggestions:
I would fix outside lights,
update crews shirts, have them turn in the old shirts,
Employees should be proud of their work, and put out quality food as advertised

First off this Pizza Hut feels like where you’d send convicts for their last meal for punishment…Drinks were flat… like flat flat! Salad bar sucked! No cucumbers no peppers barely any tomato’s and the carrots looked like Hellen Keller chopped them. Service was sub par at best! Only thing was good were our wings which I’m surprised they even had. It’s become like McDonald’s ice cream machine with their fryer here at the lovely many Pizza Hut.

Went here for wing Wednesday and of course they have no fryer. It’s not working so if I own the store, I would make sure my fryers are working. Won’t be back here. I suggest not to come here today if you want wings Really the fryer is not working
