The high quality of food, great service, pleasant ambiance, variety of menu choices, freshness, cleanliness and cost makes this by far the best overall restaurant in a 30-mile radius.
Our family has been going to this restaurant pretty much since it opened many years ago. It has not disappointed a single time, which is an unusual feat for a restaurant. Well worth the 25–30 minute drive for us.

In Gerald Missouri, a stop sign kinda town, you can find a surprise Greek Delight Deli!
I use the term Deli lightly because they have a full-blown menu, including everything from appetizers, soups sandwiches a bakery and burgers.
The space itself is in a mill building, so you get the cool farmhouse meets Industrial vibe.
We stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. They also have a meeting space above their restaurant which allows the town to gather so the parking lot was packed.
But to our surprise the restaurant itself only had three other tables filled at that moment. However we were happy to see a good amount of foot traffic of people coming in and out.
As we drooled over the four page menu, we chose small salads, both a gyro and a Greek. He got a gyro sandwich and I the Italian beef. The speed at which everything came out was just amazing. We barely had a chance to sit and take in all of the items around us when our salads made their way to our table. We both ordered the small salad, but their generous portions lend me to think that their large salad must be ginormous! After a few minutes of eating some of the best olives I’ve had in a long time on my Greek salad, Along came our sandwiches. Again, this place does not shrug away from generosity! You can see that in my picture. The Italian beef literally melted in my mouth. The husband said that his gyro was spot on. If you want a lot of good Greek food fast and very reasonably priced, definitely stop in to check this place out. But also, don’t shy away from just all of the rest of their menu too. The Greek portion was just a pleasant and unexpected surprise!

Such amazing food and in such an antiquated retro establishment passed down through generations. We tried as many things off the menu as we could, and everything was delicious. The garlic chicken sandwich was probably my favorite. Our appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, little pizza, salad, baklava, and scones were each surprisingly wonderful for such a small unassuming area. Gerald is not the first place we would think to stop for food; nonetheless, my godmother recommended it while we were passing through. The mill is looking great and our family enjoyed everything.We even ordered extras for the road.

Excellent experience beginning to end! The atmosphere is unique and charming! The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was FANTASTIC and the prices were great as well!!! We are traveling through but would make the 6 hour voyage to eat here again. Highly recommend!

We stopped for lunch on Saturday on our way to Columbia for the football game. Our experience surpassed the very positive reviews I had read. We met the owner when we ordered and he gave us recommendations on the best lunch items. The food was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is clean and provides a fun, welcoming vibe and the owner is outgoing and a communty advocate. He told us about the effort to expand the section of the Rock Island Bike Trail across the state and to link with the Katy Trail. We definately recommend giving it a try.
