UNACCEPTABLE! I ordered a large pan pizza from Pizza Hut – Jackson Street, Alexandria, LA. The pizza was burned, extremely greasy and it was definitely NOT the pan crust. I made the issues aware to the “only person” at that location, whose name is Zane. Her response was I remake it or get a credit for my next visit, but there would be no refunds. Having already received poor quality and service, I didn’t trust either option…. Essentially, get another burned pizza or come back later – which, at this point I don’t plan to do. Add to that, I’d already waited 20+ minutes in the parking lot after placing my order at the drive-up window. That’s because I had to drive to the physical location to place the order bc apparently, the phones were down at that location. I expressed my concerns and Zane aggressively said “remake, credit or have a good day.” And slammed the drive-thru glass window in my face. I’ll be escalating this matter forward in greater detail.

I pay for extra cheese every time and it’s hit or miss. Sometimes they give it and sometimes they don’t. For the first time yesterday, my cheese sticks were not cooked to a crisp. I payed for pepperoni lovers with extra cheese yesterday and I received mostly dough and a few pepperoni. I also ordered garlic parmesan boneless wings that we had to throw away due to being severely burned. To pay so much, this was extremely disappointing to think that this is ok to send out to customers.

The night time manager Micah has been and always will go above and beyond for the customer. Any time I go there and he is working I know my food will be hot fresh and correct and if there is any mess up then he will correct it with no hesitation. If I could give him more than a 5/5 stars he would get 10/5 for sure.

I always come to this Pizza Hut due to the convenience but today I see why I chose to come here! They were so fast with my order and patient with me and all my requests. I also had an order that wasnt correct and the manager Micah with no hesitation corrected the order and was very pleasant. So I will continue to come to this location. I didn’t feel like a bother with my issues. Thank you guys for all you do when we don’t want to cook due to our busy schedules!

I have been a loyal Pizza Hut fan my whole life. Their pizza has become the worst. I’d guess its a cost reduction thing. I think there are better frozen pizza in the supermarket. I’m going to go with dominos for a while.

This store has always been great with food and service. Pizza Hut wouldn’t allow me to make a order with just my points that I had been saving up for a year. And then they took them and I requested to get them back and was told no. So won’t be going back.
