This is my second time ordering here and it breaks my heart that I got amazing food the first time and quite lack luster food the second time. Waiting in the drove thru line for quite some time, because the lobby was closed. My pizza hardly had cheese, sauce, or toppings around the edge of the pizza.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Kept having to repeat what I wanted and kept being repeated back wrong, order still got here wrong. And 1 hour 10 minutes late when to 30 minutes when I asked about delivery time. I am hardly 4 miles away! Find out call to local number where I supposedly spoke to FERNANDO and was outsourced to Doordarshan and then delivery persone hangs up on me when I call and ask about order… reply if you want to know how horrible to even try and complain Iin a kind yet professional way. Just left this place. The crew now (4PM) never acknowledged me nor said hello when I came in. I waited for 5 minutes before I was even approached. I was the only customer there and there were 2 girls for the register, 1 driver and two cooks! It wasn’t until a Cook from the back told the 2nd girl working to go and help me. I stood at the second register to pick up my order. She went to the first register and didn’t say anything to me still! She then didn’t tell me the chip reader in the card machine didn’t work until after I did it. (There was no sign up that said their chip reader was not ready for use) Even ROSS dress for less has a sign up that says their chip reader isn’t ready. They got no tip from me. They JUST opened and the service already sucks. Hopefully the pizza doesn’t.

My order was correct. The cashier was nice and had a friendly tone. My food was ready when I arrived and my pizza was fresh and hot. My pizza was well built.The slices were cut all way through. I also ordered desert. My cookie was nice and crispy, not burned. I was able to use my reward points for additional boneless wings. My overall experience was great!

GOOD FOOD BUT THEY NEED TO DELIVER TO PLACES CLOSE BY INSTEAD OF THE CUSTOMER HAVING TO PICK IT UP. Just giving a 3 star until I see better. Never had issues at this location and not sure if they are being told to cut back on cheese or what by management or corporate but there couldn’t have been 10 strings of mozzarella on my pizza, it really made the pizza disappointing and I ate a couple slices and just fed the rest to the strays outside. Hope it’s an improvement when or if I decide to go back .
