We always just order on line and pick up.
Orders are always correct, hot, and fresh !
The store is on Pines Rd and easy to get to.
If you decide to take a break, you can eat in the small dining room.
Now, I do miss the days when Pizza Hut had all you can eat buffets! If you didn’t know, Pizza Hut used to be in the location where Kumo Sushi is now ( that was a few years ago…).
Anyway, this is a great place to stop in and get your pizza.
PS: if it’s Super Bowl Sunday, order early and pick up early. It can get BUSY !! just sayin…

Ordered Pizza Hut through DoorDash. Waited 3 hours for two personal pan pizzas and 8 pieces of boneless chicken. DoorDash cancelled my first doordasher, and then pizza hut gave my order to anyone. When I called DoorDash I was told PizzaHut had said someone had already received my order and they were closed. I don’t know who’s eating on my order but lucky them.

My entire order was wrong. I was missing items, pizza toppings were wrong and undercooked, my apple pies were all stuck together with no cinnamon. When I made a complaint, no one contacted me nor had anything to say. I will NEVER order from this location again. I completely wasted my money on food that was not edible AT ALL..!!!

My son and mother love this Pizza Hut location. It’s always clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. I have always received great customer service. My food is always ready at a decent time. Always assuring that the food is fresh and hot. We ate here every FRIDAY on Winter Break.

Delivery driver / cashier . Don’t know his name but I will also be calling corporate and the store manager . However, I Called to cancel an order because I recieved a notification my order was canceled but was not . He answered and was rude , had an attitude and etc . Wasn’t able to get my food that was obviously ready. Workers completely ignored customers being at drive through and tended to the lobby only. No courtesy to open the window speak, as name on order just completely ignored at the window. Second worker answers phone, she pulls out food still doesn’t come to hand food out. Third worker shows up to the second register. Completely pathetic behavior with no sense of customer service.

This is my second time ordering here and it breaks my heart that I got amazing food the first time and quite lack luster food the second time. Waiting in the drove thru line for quite some time, because the lobby was closed. My pizza hardly had cheese, sauce, or toppings around the edge of the pizza.

We ordered a pizza and it there to find 5 cars sitting in the drive thru. We sat there for an hour waiting on the last car to leave we decided to pull out because our time was wasted. We waited that long for something we didn’t end up getting. It was nearly 30 minutes waiting for one truck which obviously ordered at the window. We ordered ahead online just to be disappointed with poor service. The pizza sucks in quality and the manager is not friendly. Workers are lazy and sloppy. Never eating here again, wouldn’t advise anyone else to. Needs to be shut down.
