Honestly worst chipotle ever been to. my husband and I walked in and the lady’s mugged us automatically questioning why? We ignore proceeds to order our food, small portions ever. We asked for extra chicken, only got three pieces of extra chicken like ?? They all seems annoyed to help or even be there. We still came here despite all the bad comments hoping it was just a one time occurrence of bad service but indeed it wasn’t, reviews are legit. 1/2/26

This chipotle was quite the experience. We enjoyed eating the variety of burritos and tacos and burrito bowls. It’s a masterpiece and stunningly gorgeous says one of my friends. If I was drake I would say “she said do you love. I said only partly. I only love this chipotle and my mom I’m sorry” so amazing and will definitely be coming again if i have the chance.

Of course their food is good that’s why I eat here but for some reason their chips were stall and lately they have been skimping on the toppings. Of course I ate it why waste it. Also had to eat something as I got blood work done.

I ordered a burrito. They left a whole damn avocado in the burrito instead of it being smashed up into guacamole. It’s so huge it ripped through the tortilla and ain’t no way in hell they didn’t see that thing sticking out. The fact it was whole it made all the rest of the food cold. So ridiculous. I dont ever write reviews but this pissed me off so much that I had to. My first review ever.

Serving size was small. Ordered Taco kit and barely added any protien. Ordered salad and they did not have the dressing. Extremely disappointed, I do not recommend.

I purchased a bowl and asked for extra meat. I didn’t know the extra meat would cost $8 extra. The portions overall are soo small. With my fountain drink and Guacamole it came out to almost $30.00 for 1 meal. Never again.

Food: For myself the food was good, could have been a little more heavy handed on the items but that is OK. My wife however had to ask multiple times to add just a little more mind you the portions they were giving to her were very very small. I definitely see inconsistencies in serving. She also asked for a tortilla on the side and thats what they gave her a raw tortilla on the side.
Service: The first girl that helped us was awesome, she was smiling and was super sweet. The next two girls were ok not bad but not great either. The cashier was rude, cold, and did not look like she wanted to be there. I get it jobs suck but when the customers can feel your frustration thats not good business.
Atmosphere: It’s a Chipotle. Nothing too crazy and it was clean.

I visit the Chipotle on Cleveland frequently. The staff is super professional and courteous! They memorized my order and usually ask me if I’m having my usual when I go in. They told me about their app so that I can save money and get special savings. I appreciate their exceptional service!
