I have always been a huge fan of chipotle I mean I was eating here twice a week and was my preferred fast food. Until today I had a wad of spit in my food and was completely disgusted, I was on the verge of madness from how mad this made me. I will pray everyday this place shuts down.

This location is new but man it just isn’t right. They aren’t short handed, it’s the organization of staff. Zero management skills. Took over 20 mins just to order. Come on Chipotle, it’s an assembly line at this point, it’s not hard to just pour. They should just let the customers put everything and charge by the weigh. Asked for a side of hot sauce don’t even understand how it wasn’t added in my bag. Even the manager or person in charge, he needs training. You can’t just talk fast and just assume that you will make the line go fast. He’s been at the Shaw location before but I think they need someone else. Just to top it all off, It made my stomach hurt today. Won’t be coming here, better off going to Shaw or Palm location. I don’t think this location will last much longer. Im shocked looking at the reviews, luckily I’m. It the only one.

I had a salad bowl on 3/2/23 hadn’t been here in a year and it’s gotten worse ordered a double meat salad and it was all rice and veggies I could of gotten the same salad at a Mexican restaurant gor the price and better potions, Why is it the Chipotle,s in Fresno better. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO NO WASTE THE MONEY HERE !!

I have given them too many chances by going back hoping the food would taste better and have better quality. Too many times they have messed my order up. Hard chewy meat, Burt chicken, hard old rice, crusty looking beans, bitter lettuce. It’s terrible!!! I only gave it these many chances because my daughter loves the quesadillas there.

They always mess up your order. $12 for 3 tacos they forgot to add the meat. Tacos with lettuce, beans and sour cream NO MEAT!! The meat is the essence of the taco.
