I didn’t want to have to write this but it’s been over a week and NOTHING has been done about it. We ordered dinner and just had 2 pizzas ordered. I get into my second slice and there is GLASS IN MY PIZZA. Thank God it didn’t break when I bit down on it , heaven forbid I swallow it or it cut my mouth but when we called they did not offer a refund OR replacement. They just told us to fill out a survey. We did and my husband called corporate but no one answered. Nothing was done about this and it is not being taken seriously. What if this slice was given to a child and they swallowed it!?

Today was my fiancé’s birthday and is being us we love pizza but haven’t had it in a while due to her not being able to really eat it while being pregnant. So for her birthday today our son turned 3 weeks old and she turned the fabulous #22 so we decided to treat our selves. PIZZA HUT HANDS DOWN CAME IN CLUTCH They fixed some of the best pizza and bread sticks let’s not forget the brownies definitely gonna be ordering from here more often again. We are pizza geeks and we bestowed our lives to the Pizza Hut! Definitely recommend you order from here everyone deserves a rise everyone was nice and polite and made us feel welcome, then we got home and laid in bed and watched tv and stuffed our faces. Pizza Hut on Mansfield rd is the best!

Me and my friend ordered pizza and wings from this location online and it took over an hour for it to deliver; however, that’s not the worst part. As we were tracking the order, the system reflected that it was delivered but it wasn’t even delivered yet. When we saw this, we called the number listed above but it took us to the Pizza Hut customer service where we were left hold because were being “transferred” to the location directly. We were on hold for about 15 minutes when the delivery person called saying they were pulling up. My friend went outside and waited almost 10 minutes before the food was delivered. Once we got the food it was warm at best and the pizza was thin. Since when did the pizza become thin especially if you didn’t order thin pizza. This is more than likely the absolutely last time we order from here or all Pizza Hut. The food and service is horrible and nonexistent. Go to another pizza place or make your own.

My son had a night birthday party on July 20th. 3 days ago. I ordered 12 pizzas and tons of different flavor wings. I placed the order that morning and it was for a pickup at 7p. All of the pizza and wings were HOT and DELICIOUS. I didn’t have time to take pictures because we were to busy eating. I read the reviews before choosing them. Thanks to my sons godmom I ordered. Her family orders from here all the time. My experience with this Pizza Hut was excellent. Kudos to the staff that worked July 20th!!
