Service is great. The food on the other hand is hit or miss. Daniel was SUPER HELPFUL when we went into store about an issue with our order. He was very apologetic about the pizza we received on a previous visit. Was more than willing to make our current visit to the store a POSITIVE ONE.

Waited almost an hour in the parking lot to be able to pick up my online order and they were out of hand tossed pizza. I’m pretty sure the employees were high the whole time. Finally made it to the window after an hour and they said it would be about another 10 minutes

I don’t usually write reviews but this Pizza Hut is literally a scam don’t waste your money! Put an order in online waited for an hour and a half tried to call to see what was going on and got someone with a snarky attitude who hung up in my face. Doubt I’ll get my food or money back lol.

Today I ordered $314 worth of pizza and sides to feed 24 airmen forced to work the flightline this weekend.
There were only TWO people working and they got the entire order ready with no mistakes in under 90 minutes. I ordered at 12:50pm and I picked up at 2:15.
They were incredibly polite and helpful, even hand writing labels for the multiple pizza boxes. Would highly recommend!
Their restroom was also clean.

They just got a new general manager named Zack and he has already done a complete 180 of the store. It seems cleaner, friendlier staff and better food. Will def be coming more often. Keep up the good work!

Placed online order. @ 6:15 received txt saying order was out for delivery. I received order at 6:52! Looks good but Over 30 min in transit and yep the pizza was barely warm! Pizza tasted like the pizza box it was sitting in for nearly a hour! Normally one of our cats, Logan, always goes for the pizza. Not this time. He wanted nothing to do with it.

This store has declined. The new workers are very rude and not professional. I ordered pizza and wings. Worker Jarmorris I guess manager didn’t know how to take order correct. Had to repeat order a couple of times. I asked for ranch with my wings, the other worker stated ranch wasn’t free. Had to call Jamorris to ring up ranch which he didn’t know how to do. I thought dressing came with wings. Didn’t mind paying .87c. Matter of fact I ask for 2 and paid for 2 no problem. Both just had attitudes and very rude.

This location used to be put together. Although, they have messed up multiple orders for us in the past few months. Wrong wings, wrong pizzas, no soda, ect.. Today was the 3rd time there was an issue between the app and where the delivery driver was sent. 1 1/2 later the order had to be canceled by the driver, after the manager kept putting me on hold, then she said she couldn’t refund my money. I’m giving up on Pizza Hut after 8 years living here and ordering from them.

This past week my wife ordered the Big Dinner Box Twice. (2 pizzas, cheesy bread sticks, and traditional wings). It was the same order with only a minor difference on the wings of the second order. (Traditional Wings with Honey BBQ Sauce vs Traditional Naked Wings). The first time the order was fine. The second time it was messed up. We were not told that there were no drivers on duty and that a Door Dasher had to be used. The order was put in as pick up and dot delivery. The wings were changed from traditional to boneless. When the food was finally delivered but it was cold. The night manager was doing all he could to correct the problem. When trying to contact the GM the next morning. We were told that she had stepped out and would call back when she returned. She never did. For these reasons this store got this low rating. I might suggest that if you order from them. You ask if they have any driver on duty.
