Pizza Hut is typically my favorite pizza. My family and I ordered it tonight and it was horrible. Every pizza we ordered was barely cooked, almost raw dough. I had to put it in the oven just to make it edible. Disappointing.

I was very disappointed in the service I received, on Feb 14 I ordered a HEART pizza . When I arrived I was not acknowledged! The store was empty I waited for more than 10 minutes! Horrible overall. I ordered for delivery & no update for 30 mins so I called & I was told their driver left for the night & they’re waiting on DoorDash to pick up my order. Why wasn’t I informed?! I had to call to check on my order. My husband ended up going to pick up the order. Apparently there’s one person working there. Pizza was horrible, overcooked, & was sitting for an hour. It doesn’t even taste like Pizza Hut. Would never order from this location again!!

Good experience for first order hence thought repeating it. Ordered 2 large vegetarian pizza one with thick and other one thin crust with garlic bread. Initially they gave 2 pizza with pepperoni which I realized in checking so they corrected order although again put pepperoni on one and other one also messed up with thick crust instead of thin crust. On asking them to change it staff got passive aggressive. Also didn’t appreciate handling pizza while mopping without washing hands. Had to wait more than 30 mins at store before getting order and at the end they said running out thin crust so instead made regular one and instead of large got medium one as they were running out of large one as well. Finally came home only to realize prices of meat were in one of pizza. Really disappointed on whole experience. I hope it don’t repeat with anybody else.

Worse pizza I ever tasted. Ordered 2 pizza. They were doughy, undercooked , no sauce & sprinkled with cheese that didn’t even cover the pizza. For this to be a new location, you’d think they would get it right. It doesn’t taste like pizza hut.
