I tried to order food online When I went to check out message saying this store is not taking online order call the store youn girl answer the phone. I told her the problem no help she said hold on Hold for a long time no help went to the store. Talk to the youn girlShe said you have to order it online and I told her problem and also show her the picture of the message. She was very rude. Ask her let me talk to the manager manager was nice enough to take my order and apologize when my food was ready she throw the pizza in the box and brought it to me and throw it at me and walked off. I told the manager about it,

Well its Pizza Hut either you are going to have a great experience at Pizza Hut or you aren’t but in this case this visit was good. The pizza came out fresh,hot and what I ordered. The customer service was great and the lady that helped me was spot on with use of the app, I didn’t know it was upgraded so it had better coupons and promotions that saved me money. I will return when I want a great pizza for a saving.

I dont know what the owners for managers are doing, but this has to be the worst pizza place I’ve ever tried. First of all, whoever is in charge doesnt know what’s going on and leaves their online ordering set to closed at all times…. Picked up an order on my way home from work. Big Box Deal. Fixed up some plates for the family and we started watching TV, talking, and eating. During the first commercial something said to look down. I saw a bright red color in the middle of my second to last wing. Called the store and got transferred 5 times before I got a lady who told me I needed to bring all the wings back for them to do something. The wings were pretty much gone except the two in the photo and I’m not about to drive back and waste my gas for a problem that could have been solved by you cooking your food properly.

Ordered Cinnamon sticks with my order. I got COLD bread sticks which had not even been heated. I called the store 3 times and it rang until it cut off without ever having spoken to anyone. This is ridiculous. Very poor customer service on top of a messed up order! Won’t be using Zachary Pizza Hut again anytime soon!! And another thing??? WHY DO YOU OPEN AT 8pm and CLOSE AT 10????? It was after 9, 9:07 to be exact and the freaking order was WRONG!!!! Not a good idea to make customers unhappy and then not have the courtesy to answer the damned phone!!!

Perfer Domonois in Baker. This pizza was dried out the cheese bread was hard your couldn’t eat it. The bbq wings were dried and hard horrible pizza. I got the 22.00 box with 2 pizzas and wings. I spent 53.26 dollars never again!!! Called the manager and asked for a refund and he left me on hold forever and never came back to the phone I could bring the pizza back we didn’t eat yet he didn’t come back to the phone at all. I did file a complaint with corporate. This is why I order Domonis Pizza never had these problems.

when i parked in the parking lot, part of my bumper fell off and one of the amazing workers helped me put it back on. i thank her so much she is amazing ! i did not catch her name, but she had a hairnet on with rose tattoos, i hope she has a blessed day 🙂

I had a terrible experience at the Pizza Hut in Zachary. We placed an order, and it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, but we ended up waiting almost an hour. When we finally got our food, the pizza was cold, and the wings were soggy and unappetizing.
To make matters worse, we watched the cook bake the wings twice, then fry them—which is not the proper way to ensure crispy wings. Anyone with cooking experience knows that this method leads to a bad texture, and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened.
When we called to speak with the manager, they were rude and dismissive, trying to justify the cooking process instead of addressing the poor quality of our food. We weren’t looking for excuses—we just wanted an enjoyable meal.
This was by far the worst experience we’ve had at Pizza Hut, and we won’t be returning to this location. If you’re looking for hot, fresh, and properly cooked food, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

The manager was very rude.They gave me the wrong flavor wings and I told the manager Shanta from the beginning my wings don’t usually look like this.She gone say well you order mild wings I told her I order medium. I showed her my receipt and she gone say well you have to wait 15 minutes on some boneless wings with an attitude.I ask the cashier what the manager name was she said Shantel.
