Typical pizza hut. Just don’t do the curbside delivery because no one will bring out your order. Sat there for 40 minutes waiting even sent the text like it says to pick up. Received a reply that the order was on its way out. 20 more minutes later I decided to just go in and get it. A bunch of kids working there and no one even cared.

So, we went to visit a friend in West Lake and decided to order pizza. I ordered the family feast. Was suppose to get it delivered but had to pick it up instead. They tried to keep the tip even though I had to pick up my order. I ordered a 2 liter Pepsi and they never told me they were out of Pepsi. My specialty pizza was suppose to be a pepperoni lovers and it came with hardly any pepperoni on it. I was completely disappointed in my visit to this restaurant. They had 2 people working and when I ordered online it said an hour for delivery and when I called to check on my order they told me delivery was 2 1/2 hours wait, that’s why I had to pick up my order since we were 3 minutes away from the restaurant. I will NEVER order from here again. How they gonna refund the delivery fee and then tell me “I didnt know you wanted the tip refunded too.” If I get my delivery fee refunded why wouldn’t I get my delivery tip refunded?

Received a text telling me the driver was on his way. I called the store 33 minutes later for a status on the driver and was told to call back in 10 minutes. I called back 17 minutes later and was told the ticket has been located and the driver was on his way. Finally got my pasta and cheese bread 1 hour and 12 minutes later. Just be honest and tell me where my food is. You’re less likely to get a hangry response.

I love this Pizza Hut location! They have more crust options to choose from and the crust flavors make it better. I usually order stuffed crust with BBQ sauce and a crust flavor. The picture is that stuffed crust(flavor), BBQ sauce 5 toppings. I get 3 meats, 2 veggies. It’s always good. Gave 4 cuz my pizza was a little lighter than usual which made the crust softer than ideal; either the worker was a bit stingy with my toppings, mainly the cheese, or the damn BBQ sauce made them slide around when transferring it to the oven. Which IS understandable since the sauce isn’t as thick as the tomato and won’t stay in place as well. Either way, I’ll continue to get that same order cuz its that good

This is supposed to be a pepperoni lovers as in extra pepperoni. On top of that there was some kind of sauce all over the outside of the pizza box and it got all over everything. It’s hot and that’s about all I can say good about it .

The time it took to fulfill my order and the customer service were both great. And 90% of the time our order is perfect with an exception here and there. But overall this location is great.
