My order (#155286815) was placed at 7:02pm, with an estimated delivery between 7:30-7:40pm.
At 8:19pm, I called the Jennings LA store location and inquired about the status of my order only to be immediately placed on hold and given no update.
At 8:38pm, part of my order was delivered and the total order was paid for in cash. Upon realizing the breadsticks and cinnamon-sticks were both missing, I immediately called the store to report the issue and again was placed on hold.
At 8:56pm I finially spoke to a representative that informed me I’d “have to contact Corporate to resolve any issues with my order.”

My daughter loves there cheesy bread we go there often but today was different we when in there and this nice older women comes and help she does the accomadition fine then this older other women walks in and takes over when she see it she says we can’t do that and started raising her voice at me it was just an terrible experience we ended up leaving and going to burger king my daughter already has a bad time with eating it had overstimulated her

Nostalgia. It hasn’t changed since we’ve been going here as kids.
Looks like the floor may have not been mopped since I was a kid too.
SERVICE is lacking! I waited at counter for 12 mins while a lady tried 5 times to take a credit over the phone. She not one time acknowledged me there waiting not did anyone else come to help. There was also another person waiting.

Slow but friendly service. We’d actually came for the buffet but it’s 5pm and it’s not open. I especially appreciate that any pizza can come in the personal pan size bc true pizza lovers know that pineapple belongs on pizza!

First of all, I want to say that the Pizza Hut is a great product! However, the employees, in some locations, do not care about providing the greate service for costumers.
09.09.24, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, I tried to place an order on the Pizza Hut website using my rewards, but the web did not work properly.
I went to the Pizza Hut located in Jennings, Louisiana, and asked one of the employees for help. He said that I can’t use my rewards, only can make a new order for more rewards. He placed the order and I paid. He found my account in the system using my phone number, checked my name and said that all rewards for this order would go directly to my account on the Pizza Hut website! Later at home, I checked my account and neither the order nor the rewards were there.
09.10.24 I went to Pizza Hut in Jennings again and asked to a manager for help to see my order on the website. The manager said that my order has been placed on the screen counter and not show up on my account, I will not have any rewards for this particular order. The manager, in very rude manner, started to explain me, that he is not responsible for his employees and what they doing. He said there is no help he can provide me. He even lied that my membership can not be used to earn points at any of Pizza Hut participating restaurants, he didn’t say any apologies wards to me.
Very, very unprofessional and rude staff! Say, I disappointed, say nothing about this situation. And, I have to say goodbye to Pizza Hut in Jennings.
