Terrible Experience. Pizza took almost 2 hours to be delivered and only after I had to call the store twice. When I finally received my food it was cold and looked like it had been sitting on a shelf for a couple days. Topping were almost completely absent on my pizza and the crust was stale. You should skip Pizza Hut in the future and go with Papa Johns or Dominos at least your food with be warm and you wont have to wonder if you will even get it.

The large stuffed crust Supreme pizza had an inch and a half no topping zone between the toppings and the beginning of the inside edge of the crust. It looks like they used a medium topping kit for a large pizza. Is this Pizza Hut’s way of cutting costs so they do not have to raise the price of Pizza? You get less for more. Look at the picture. I am NOT a happy customer.

This Pizza Hut always delivers my food hot and on time.I am always pleased.The last few times I don’t know where the regular delivery driver is who has a black truck and is a Veteran.I enjoyed him delivering my food as I am a widowed Veterans spouse.The last delivery driver was nice and the one before she didn’t seem to thrilled she didn’t smile or people person personality.

Nearly 2 hours! That’s how long it took to receive my order. The site stated 20-25 minutes. TWO HOURS! I called after an hour and they said mine was the next order up and it took another hour before it was delivered. I understand the employee shortage going on but don’t post a delivery time that you can’t meet.

Pizza Hut store was suppose to open at 10:00 a.m. Made Pizza Hut online prepaid order to be picked up at 10:45 a.m. Arrived at 10:45 at store but store closed. lights off and door locked. Called repeatedly with no answer. Store was 1 hour and 15 minutes late to open, there was only one employee and cash register was not working. Employee could not verify payment so could not provide pizza.

Fastest delivery I’ve had In awhile. I ordered at lunch on a Thursday. Food was perfect even tho I realize it’s fast food pizza. Will definitely order again from this location. Placed order at 5:27, it’s 742 now and still no pizza. Tried calling several times and waiting on hold now. Call center can’t help. They keep sending me back to the hold music and I sit and wait on hold for no one to answer. They finally show up while I’m on hold. Driver said they were short staffed. Pizza was barely warm and crust was like day old bread. Wife and I didn’t want to take it but we were both hungry. Shouldn’t have taken it. Wasn’t even offered a discount. Worst experience I have ever had. Will have to start ordering from the other guys.!!!!!!!!
