Pizza was like cardboard, stuffed crust pizza had the cheese melted out of the crust. buffalo chicken was cold. Got more pizza when they said they can do better and it had finger prints around the whole crust, like really………

Ordered through app. My pizzas were ready in 10-15 mins. I like their boneless wings, though this time they were as covered in sauce and the toppings are always fresh. The only complaint I have is that sometimes I feel the dough could be cooked a bit longer. Soft dough causes the toppings on slip off. Cheese bread sticks were good too.

One of the managers and the staff that be with her or not welcomely like .the manager, is very rude I witnessed this and this made customers leave and go somewhere else.. the staff look and pass by you like ur nothing.. I would have to explain in person or over the phone..this is not the first time..

Every-time I go the AC is broken! It’s so hot in there they prop the door open for air. They need to call an AC repairman to go fix it!! The employees are excellent and hard working to get your order correct!!

I haven’t ordered from pizza hut for awhile because of poor food.. well decided I would try again but, only to be disappointed …. missing food items chicken wings and extra sauces… cold knots and no cheese inside them… called store they said they were sorry this has happened and they would remake knots and wings and will get them to me asap… 1 hour later!! I received my order and disappointed yet again.. knots were same way and wings weren’t the ones ordered and also cold… I just don’t know what to say !

I ordered at 11:30am and was told my order would be ready at 12pm for carry out. I arrived to a store that was locked with no employees in sight and I had to call several times before someone answered the phone. The employee said she was not allowed to open the door and give me my order I had paid for. I had to wait for 20 minutes until a manager came to open the door. By then my lunch break was over. I returned to work and when we did eat the pizza it was very hard and tasted slightly burnt. Worst experience ever
