The Pizza Hut in Cozad, Nebraska is an absolute gem. They still have the original sit-down layout, which is awesome and instantly brought back memories of going to Pizza Hut locations around Omaha when I was a kid. That classic dine-in experience alone is worth the visit.
Even though it was busy, we were helped right away, and our food was out within about 10 minutes, which was impressive. Huge shoutout to MAKYNZI, our waitress—her customer service was outstanding. She was enthusiastic, genuinely excited to serve us, and incredibly polite. You can tell she really cares about the experience she gives customers.
The pizza was absolutely amazing—honestly better than what you’ll find at many Pizza Huts around Omaha. You can tell they care about food quality here because everything was made perfectly.
If you’re anywhere near Cozad, this Pizza Hut is 100% worth stopping at. Classic vibes, fast service, great people, and excellent pizza.

We ordered three pizzas the email said it would take like over an hour… Which was okay. Not a big deal. But clearly when we picked up the pizza they had been ready for quite some time. They were still okay.

Took my family and was the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Could hear rude and disrespectful comments from the kitchen staff. Only one waitress. And I understand that there was two big tables to take care of mine and another family but they already had there food. Ordered appetizers first. They came after all the main dishes we ordered. She completely forgot to put my son’s order in twice. Couldn’t get drinks refilled at all. Then on top of that brought the wrong food for my son 35 minutes later after everyone else’s food. No apology just rude snarky attitude when my wife tried to address the problem. So I paid and we left. Especially since the food was cold because we waited to eat with my 10yr old son. Definitely do not recommend this Pizza Hut. And I have traveled on the road for 25yrs and never felt like I should warn anyone about a place until now.

We were here for an hour and a half. It took 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. Another 5-10 minutes for the lady to take our food order. Waitress never came to refill our drinks or check on us after bringing us our food. Both waitress and manager were too invested in their computers to see us waving to get one of their attention. My family was the only people in the store. This is the worst service we’ve had here.

We were traveling back to Illinois from colorado when we stopped for gas and ordered a pizza to go shortly after 10pm. Sam greeted me when I walked in and checked me in. She was just making our order so it was about 10-13 minute wait. I chose to sit in the car with my husband and our 3 year old. She brought our order out to our car and when we realized we couldn’t eat in the car she let us sit inside and eat our dinner before getting back on the road for another 9 hours. She was super friendly and she actually knew where we were from from her own person family. Thank you Sam for making our last minute dinner stop at 10pm a great experience! I’ve never had such great service especially so late and close to closing time.

We live in Gothenburg, tried to call our local Pizza Hut but they never answer. Decided to try you and I must say, we will be going there from now on. Worth the drive. We had the Supremo sandwiches. Very delicious and finally, some meat and cooked to perfection! Kudos!

Happy as a mosquito family reunion at a nudist beach. Easy to order. Food ready when I arrived. Delicious! We order all kinds of things and we got them all! Give the workers a raise!

We went in with a family of 10 after the wrestling tournament. We got told to put our own tables together not a big deal mind you there is only one table of 2 in there already. When we sat down we got asked how many menus we said 10 well then apparently that was to many so we were given 4. Took 20 minutes to get our drink order because the waiter refused to write it down and couldn’t keep our order straight even though we explained it to him several times. We wrote down our own menu orders on 2 separate papers because it took him 15 minutes to get our drinks delivered because he brought the wrong ones. We had to bring our own drinks up to him to get refilled and then when we got our food I asked for silverware and napkins and he said how many I said 10 and once again that was to many so I was given 3 forks and a handful of napkins. Our food order was wrong and everytime he messed something up he told us that we were confusing and laughed about it. Not impressed with the service given we were the only table there besides the table of 2.
