If I could leave zero starts at this place I would do it daily. I travel all over and actually write a blog on food places to eat! I don’t put the crummy ones on my blog but this place is definitely the largest armpit of a pizza hut anywhere the manager is extremely rude and yells at the employees constantly the cleanliness of the restaurant and the staff itself is beyond subpar!
Broken Bow let’s get together and put an awesome pizza place in apizza is not that difficult to make and serve but it’s obviously a challenge for this place!
Oh what a difference a different manager would make though! Food for thought!

This place has definitely cheapened up their food and went downhill. Hardly any toppings on pizza and the call service for ordering is ridiculous unless u can get ahold of an employee. Also have seen hair on pizza

What is going on at PH in Broken Bow NE? Dirty tables. Dirty employees. Phone ringing, no one answering. The employee selling pizzas in parking lot was dirty & had a cigarette tucked behind his ear. 2 younger girls outside with him, who I am guessing are off duty employees since they had no PH logos on. Both girls however went behind the counter to wait on people & refill their own drinks. Both girls were dressed inappropriate to be behind counter. Our waiter was a very sweet kid but he needs more training. He has always been polite when I have been there. However did not handle an upset customer that said no one was answering phones. He was actually rude to her. He did comeback & check on our table often but as we finished up I noticed he was outside at his car. I had to ask another employee for a box & bill. Just before we left a couple cam in and sat themselves. The female went behind counter and got drinks. Another off duty employee I guess. Then as another table was getting up to leave she said oh I can check you out and did so. Only saving grace to this experience is that the food was good.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made an online order had a confirmation code and prof of charge.. they never made our order and continued to tell us they had no idea what we were taking about. They finally stopped they sass… and said they’d make our order we had to wait over an hour for the carry out pizza. We asked if we could deliver now and they said we don’t have time too. So ya… pretty crappy. Want a good pizza go someplace else cuz you won’t be happy here.

Well i wouldn’t know how the food was because we never even got to order. Walked in after driving all day. Had to wave someone over to ask for a menu. Kid was shocked we wanted to dine in but handed us 2 menus and pointed to the table said someone would come over. 3 people working there. No one else in the restaurant and we sat there for 15 minutes watching them talk, sing and laugh. No one ever came. No water, no acknowledging we were even there. One guy listening to loud music building pizzas watched as we got up and left afyer4 waiting over 20 minutes.
I guess this Pizza Hut is doing great as letting money walk out the door is no big deal.
Very disappointed and still hungry.

Stopped here for a bite before heading to the sandhill area. This Pizza Hut the quality of food, and ingredients used were so substandard that Pizza Hut mgmt needs to take a hard look to take appropriate action. The pizza served was half cooked and when complaint was not much help. We felt that the oven was not working. The place in general and kitchen was not very clean.

The Manager and employees were very nice to my children! The food is delicious. I’m a picky pizza person but I LOVE getting pizza here because it’s not sloppy with a lot of marinara!!! The cheese sticks were cheesy and garlic yummy
