Was quite disappointed on our dining in experience. The waitress was good but it took SO long for some of getting our Alfredo. Plus the parmesan cheese container was out as well as dirty and the lazy susan holding the other condiments. Wished the workers had moreinterest in how the facility was kept clean.

Poor customer service! Order not ready when app said it would be, it was an additional 20 mins til we got the order. We were told they couldn’t do a refund because we paid in cash. Pizza had only a couple pieces of pineapple on it. This place is a poor representation of the company!

Edit #2: We decided to give another try & it was so much better, like it used to be!

Food was good we came in on Mother’s Day and we sat down and it took over 20 min for them to take our order. The only reason they took it is because we asked after they took someone else, who came in after us, our drinks if we could get drinks of our own. And then it took 20 min to get our appetizers, then took another 20 min for our food. Food was great but there were several tables that sat dirty the entire time we were there.

DO NOT USE THE PIZZA HUT APP

When using the app, and place your order, you will get a message that states: “something went wrong, please try again”. This will continue to happen over and over, until you finally give up and move on with your day. Much later in the day, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, and you will get a charge on your method of payment for the amount of your order that you were told never went through. When you call the store, you will be told that “this is what your bank does when using the app” and when you continue to argue, they assure you that since it is the weekend, the charge will be removed on Monday. I guess we will see Monday if we get our money back for an order we never received or if we file a complaint with the County Attorney and see what can be done.

By the way, if you try to call in your order instead of using the app, you will get the run around and the employees will tell you it is easier to use the app…….

The food was okay. Paid with a gift that hadn’t been used. The card was for $50.00. The card upon looking at it later said it needed a four digit pin number. The cashier never asked us for one. We spent $17.10. Today we tried to use it for a second time and to our surprise there was only $12.38 left on it. Someone got off with $20.52. Plus we left a tip on the table! Won’t be stopping there again!

This is by far the best Pizza Hut we’ve been to.
The service was great and the food came out fast! This is a very clean establishment and ran well! Kudos to all the staff! We had the Chicken alfredo, a order of breadsticks and the hot sandwich which were all amazing!

I would give less than 1 star, but it is not possible on here. The staff is an undisciplined gaggle of disrespectful children that absolutely have no business dealing with customers. There was a young lady managing this location around a year ago that really whipped this store into better shape than it has been in for years. Unfortunately, she no longer works there. The current staff likes to spend the majority of their shifts out back smoking cigarettes. And upon coming back inside I have never noticed that anyone bothers to wash their hands. I should not have to wait for employees to finish their smokes before coming in to seat us or take our order. And I certainly should not have to listen to the current staff complain about the previous manager. The previous manager obviously did her job because she was not very well liked by her employees, but was very well liked by the customers. And now we can add the staff that takes orders over the phone to the long line of disappointments at this location. How rude. They have no business being in the customer service business and they have no business working in a restaurant setting.

When I got to the window I was asked for my name and was left at the window for 25 min. When I got home the food was Lukewarm and when I called about it I was met with maybe it took you too long to make it home when I live in Albion I have even worked there before there is no customer service even when I spoke to managers they all blamed “the people in grand island” I really don’t care about the wait I care about the cold food. Short handed is understandable but putting out bad food isn’t.

Our family typically goes up to Elgin a few times a year. This time we decided to dine at the PH in Albion and, one word, regret.
The floors were disgustingly dirty, like visibly covered in crumbs and large pieces of food from past guests. Tables were left dirty, too. There was an employee who was just sitting around talking to customers instead of helping her coworkers. We ordered cheesesticks and cheese garlic toast. After 30 mins we still had not received even the appetizers. All we kept hearing is “sorry for the wait” but there shouldn’t be that long of a wait for these items. My husband and I have both managed at Pizza Hut in another city and know the appetizers are the easiest to get in. After about 40mins we asked about our food and the employee sitting down was like well what did you order? Literally acted like nobody knew we were waiting for food! Same woman brings over the garlic toast, no cheese. She visibly scoffed and brought the bread back to make it right. Cheese sticks came, finally the bread came right although it was a bit underdone but whatever. I took a few bites and my husband pointed to a piece that looked MOLDY. I spit it out immediately and didn’t touch it again. We ordered a medium pizza that I will say tasted amazing. Overall a terrible experience. Appetizers should be out within 15 minutes of being ordered. They were not busy. There was one other table than us. I would recommend the pizza only, don’t waste your time going inside, either.
