Hadn’t had pizza hut in a super long time (like a year) decided to have it first time in a long time and every thing I ordered was perfect!!!!!
Cpl weeks ago figured eh sounds good again and it was mostly perfect wanted cheese garlic sticks and ended up with some weird bread lol not mad over it. It was still good but that’s my reasoning for the 4 stars. Would recommend there doing pretty good these days ❤️

Went there for lunch. Normally I don’t go here, because there’s a waitress that’s really slow and talks very loudly about her personal life, and the stores usually a mess and takes forever to get out. But today I was feeling the Pizza, and I’m so glad I decided to go. There’s a new waitress in there named Gabby, and she went above and beyond for my wife and I. She’s very polite, quick with refills and even jumped in the back to help get our food out quicker, and as people left she was quick to clean up the tables. Pizza Hut you’ve got yourself a 5 star from me! Keep up with this new look, and I might just become a regular!

I hate leaving bad reviews yet customer service has gone to hell at so many places and yet they still expect a tip. Here we were greeted as we came in the door and told to seat ourselves. We found a booth got comfortable and waited. The place was clean and there was only one other group at a table. We waited and still no one even came to get our drink order or give us menus. Finally we walked out and as we were leaving we were thanked. For what I don’t know.

When my grandma suggested pulling into Pizza Hut, I was initially uninterested, but I shrugged & and figured, why not? I was expecting the everyday get it & go, mediocre cheap pizza experience I’m used to in lincoln. This is why I haven’t been to a pizza hut in years. Well, this was not that at all. We were greeted by a friendly host, who showed us to a booth in the corner I wanted. It had the feel of a comfy diner. I still wasn’t fully convinced this place wasn’t just trying to be something it is not. A restaurant. He offered us drinks & some cheese bread as an appetizer. He was very accommodating. Had no problem baking my pizza a couple extra minutes. The presentation was great & thoughtful. The salad was crisp & delicious. Really changed my perspective on what pizza hut could be. Hope they implement these changes in lincoln soon!

I understand pizza hut gets busy. I wait over an hour and a half. While tracking the pizza during the process. About 6 minutes before delivery, my pizza tracker said my pizza was in the oven. About 3 minutes later pizza tracker said my HOT pizza was on the way. I received a cold pizza, and cold Cinnabon order. I call the phone number, got a call center with no help. Just terrible

I decided to dine in at Pizza Hut in York, Nebraska. Rare you even see dine in at Pizza Hut anymore, but I was more than pleased with the service. They seemed like they got very busy all at the same time. It didn’t matter. The server. His name was Tristan. He was very helpful, and when he got too busy two other men came to help him. One announced himself as a driver, the other was the manager on duty. The manager said his name was Caleb when I asked. While Tristan was getting our order taken the other two were helping him clean the tables. They also swept underneath each table and ensured it would be clean for the next guest. Caleb was very consistent asking if we needed anything. Tristan was quick to refill our drinks. The driver was quickly grabbing dirty dishes. The food was good, the service was great. My family and I couldn’t quit talking about how great the service was on our 2 hour drive home. Way better than any other Pizza Hut I’ve been to. I’ve ate at this Pizza Hut before, and the manager on duty then was a heavier set older woman. She didn’t do anything. She sat at the bar folding boxes yelling at everyone else to go do her work for her while breaking down crying about how she can’t handle it. I’m glad to see how much this Pizza Hut has improved over the last 6 months. I’ve never left a review before, but this time was worth it.

Service was not great, not the staff themselves, but it seemed they were understaffed or what was going on. There were eight of us, we were the only ones when we went in. One guy made sure to get us our drinks, he was great but was shift shortly after that. When our food was brought, mine was the only thing missing another table that came after us got all of their appetizers and two large pizzas long before my small pizza was done. The floor under our table had not been swept for what seemed like a while by the amount of debris.

Great service! Great food! Amazing atmosphere! I ate there Wednesday night. The night manager was a great guy. Very willing to help and refill my drinks. Also quick to grab anything I asked for. I felt like royalty in a Pizza Hut. Crazy I know. I strongly recommend anyone to eat there.

While on my way to Geneva for a birthday party, we voted to find a pizza hut. I’m so very glad we chose this one! My son, grandson and myself honestly had a great bonding time and enjoyed our lunch very much!
