This place gets one star, because no stars isn’t an option. First, we waited 15 minutes to get seated. Waited an additional 15 minutes, 30 minutes total, to order drinks. At the 45 minute mark, we finally ordered, they were out of all doughs except hand tossed and personal pan pizzas. Huge disappointment, since the only thing we wanted was a large pan pizza, with breadsticks. We ordered a personal pan, large hand tossed, and the breadsticks. About an hour in, we hadn’t received drinks, nor had our food even been started and they were out of personal pan pizzas, which they had neglected to inform us of. Only reason we found out about that, was because the most unprofessional manager I have EVER seen was screaming at the 14-15 year old girl (ROCKSTAR), only one actually working the entire place, by herself, “WE’RE OUT OF PERSONAL PAN PIZZAS, STOPPING TAKING ORDERS FOR THEM”. This was after a full hour of sitting there, no drinks, no apps, order not started yet, that we cancelled our order and left. Manager gave us a filthy look and slammed down the order she was working, for the ONLY other table in the place.

I ordered online and curbside. When I got there, they gave me the wrong order and i immediately told them. They proceeded to give me the order anyway and go back inside. They left the wrong order with me for 5 minutes before I went in and told them again. They then took that order, set it aside and said mine was still coming. Then they proceeded to give that order to the right person 2 minutes later (even though it was alone with me in my car for several minutes). I watched them touch my food several times with no gloves, the manager or some lady came out and yelled at everyone to “get it together” while she did nothing. Then box my order up. They then gave me my order without my sauces. I asked for the sauces and the manager replied “well those are in our freezer”. I said “it’s okay. I’ll wait since I paid for them”. She sighed loudly, yelled at someone to get them, put them on the counter, and walked away. No apologies, no nothing. And they served that possibly contaminated food to the other person. I’m thankful that I am not a bad person that touched their food or did anything bad with it.

This place has a roach problem. As I was paying for my family’s food I seen a roach crawl across the counter. When I brought it to a employees attention she just laughed and said ok. Sickening! By what I seen the employees aren’t very clean either! I’ll never eat at this Pizza Hut again! Nasty

We called to order our pizza and were told that they had no pepperoni. We were there waiting in line within an hour, and noticed that they had pepperoni on the pizzas that were Being made and also coming out of the oven. We were taken aback because we were told that there were no pepperoni. We felt as if we had been lied to. We asked the cashier Madison, why there would be pizzas with pepperoni on them, when we were told not even an hour ago that they had no pepperoni. She shrugged us off rudley, and said “oh someone must have brought us some.” We felt like we were lied to and like we did not matter at all. That is why I’m leaving a 1 star review.

The pasta was dry/overcooked. The pizza was lukewarm and the soda barely cold. The cinnabon bites are just that a bite not worth the price. I will not be returning to this place.

The waitress was amazing but my wife’s food and my food didn’t come out the sametime. My food came out after 3 tables were served after us. By that time we were ready to leave. All was said was sorry for the wait and not sorry for forgetting (thats being assumed). Needless to say I wasn’t happy.

Was greeted at door by manager stating she was leaving and manager coming on duty was handicap so no inside dining would be allowed. I ordered from app myself, and 5 boys ate pizza and bread sticks on their sidewalk because 5 boys were Not eating in my vehicle.
