Originally I had gone to this Pizza Hut for a DoorDash delivery. When I had got there, I saw a sign saying they were under new management. When I came in the man who is working, who I want to assume is the owner or manager of that location, was very kind and greeted me. he let me know that the order has been sitting there longer than they liked. So they had remade it and I just needed to wait a little longer for the new pizza to be done. When it was ready, he think me for waiting and offered me a drink for myself. He also gave me a pizza bag for DoorDash. As a dasher, i’ve had a lot of bad experiences with the businesses alone so it was a wonderful change in environment. I will be supporting this business!

Placed order at 6:50. The tracker said it would be to us by 7:50. The order was wrong. Not correct pizzas at all and pizzas looked like that had been dropped, pictures add. Called spoke with manager was told he was sorry and would get resent out. Maybe half hour. An hour later 9pm I now have pizza and a 30 dollar credit. I guess next time I should either order for pick up or order 3 hours ahead of when I want it.

Order said it would be ready at 6:31, arrived on time andn gave name of the order. I then waited for AN HOUR with 0 communication and my order never updated on their screen or my app. I then walked up and asked about the order and the guy pulled it out of the warming case.
I understand being busy, but there were a solid 5-10 people waiting for carryout orders. And NOBODY THOUGHT TO ANNOUNCE WHEN A CARRYOUT ORDER IS READY???

The service was absolutely horrendous my food was supposed to be ready at 6:10 and it was ready at 7:00 luckily the food was decent but it was still an absolute nightmare, terrible experience. Don’t risk your time. Try delivery instead, maybe that will be better but I’m not sure if I’d want to take the chances. Not recommended.

Not sure why they give you a pickup time that’s at least 20 min off. Along with 5 other customers expecting their pickup, waited and waited. The location out on West Maple is a lot more reliable.

My husband called and tried to order for pickup, got hung up on. Called again and finally got the order in. Order placed 5:13 and didn’t come until 6:50 when we were told 35-40 min. Item was missing from our order and 1 of the pizzas was incorrect. My husband called 3 times to get our order rectified and was hung up on each time. Much improvement necessary.

Placed an order at 6:47, hours go by, so I call. They can’t find my order from my phone number. I give them the order number and it pops up under somebody else’s name. They transfer me and the next person can’t help either and give me a phone number to call. I call the number and I get an automated call bot giving me options that don’t relate to my issue. Horrible experience, never again, I learned my lesson. Go out of business yesterday.

Placed an order about an hour ago. My order said it has been delivered hasn’t been delivered. I call up to the store and ask them if we can get my order remade and they told me no I have to wait an extra 20 minutes to see if if the delivery driver gets here Very unprofessional not considerate that an order got stolen and refusing to replace it or give me a refund will never go to this location ever again. Spend $40 to feed my family just for them to steal from my family

This is a take out only location so atmosphere isn’t truly a consideration. I ordered breadsticks to go, and they were done at the time they said they would be. They were also hot and fresh.
