My experience with Pizza Hut – 14440 F St tonight was unacceptable from start to finish.
I am staying at a nearby hotel with my family and simply tried to order dinner for my children. What should have been a quick phone call turned into over 20 minutes of being bounced around customer service before finally being transferred to the store.
When I reached the store, I was told delivery would take 30+ minutes. That was completely fine with me. I agreed immediately. The issue was not the wait time. The issue was the attitude.
From the moment the employee answered, the tone was dismissive and resistant. I was told they were closing in 8 minutes and “didn’t know how that would work,” despite the store still being open at the time of my call. Instead of assisting a customer who had already waited 20 minutes to place an order, the interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by trying to order during posted business hours.
If a store is open until a certain time, orders should be handled professionally until that time. Customers should not feel like a burden for ordering while the doors are still technically open. The unwillingness to provide service and the overall negative demeanor reflect poorly on this location’s management and customer service standards.
We ultimately could not place our order and were left scrambling to find food late at night for our children. This was avoidable and unnecessary.
I strongly encourage corporate leadership to review how closing procedures and customer interactions are handled at this location. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

This location is terrible. The taller skinnier man with glasses is rude, if he’s not in his car he’s on a phone call in his ear bud. Very unprofessional. Him and the shorter younger of alcohol which the younger man looked roughly underage. I came in the other day and he was hanging outside with a visitor it looked like, leaving the store unattended. This place needs better staff! I had to wait on my food 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

GM was very rude when incorrect Pizza was made. The corrected pizza was cut very sloppy with intent, and then the manager made the remark that it was never wrong to begin with. I do not eat pork and she tried to tell me that the sausage was beef. Smh.

Got the double wings and double fries. The fellas working the late night shift were awesome. We changed the sauce at the window and they were great about it and have us extra dip cups and the wings and fries were piping hot. They were sooooo much better than anything I’ve gotten from bdubs dang near ever, but forsure within the past year. I just heard a comment dogging Pizza hut a few days before so I wanted to get some wings from them cause I used to love them and the price felt good. 16 wings, double fries, double dip cups $17.54 after tax. And the service was outstanding. Round of applause for those gentlemen. Feels like it’s raise time

This review is for the Pizza Hut in Omaha near 144th and F st. Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut website Saturday around 4pm. Realized after I submitted order that my address is incorrect and that the website doesn’t allow you to change address. Called Pizza Hut it takes you to a call center, they couldn’t help so they transferred me to the store. I sat on hold for 5 mins, no one picked up so I drove to the restaurant. The lobby was closed due to a plumbing issue so went through drive thru. I am on hold for 18 mins on phone at this point. Inside the restaurant I can hear their phone ringing. 1 of 3 employees is working hard and doing most of work. I tell this employee what has happened and I decide to end the phone call. The ringing inside the restaurant stops. The employee tells me he has to fill orders and doesn’t have time to answer the phone. This location is severely understaffed and needs help. This review is not a reflection of the 1 employee doing all the work. I’d give him 5 stars.

Gave me a pizza that looked like they tried to cut it with a spoon and then balled it up and threw it into the box with their hands. Would not refund me even though it was inedibly undercooked (hello, raw dough!). Don’t order from here, folks.

We ordered a pepperoni lovers and some cheese-sticks via the app for pick up. We arrived to pick it up and they had not made our food-no biggie as we were cool to wait. The guy told us to give him 10 mins-that should have been our queue to just cancel it-sigh. We ended up with a gummy super undercooked pizza and cheese-sticks which runs you $30 these days. We got home and tried calling the store to see if they could advise a recommended time to cook in the air fryer and it just routes to some outsourced call center who just hangs up on you and/or places you on hold forever. Oh well, lesson learned. Do not recommend at all.

Edit: I was reached out to by the area coach, and he went above and beyond addressing this issue. Due to the customer service received from this area coach I will be giving this another chance.
Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni lovers pizza. Crust was super thin and somewhat hard not soft/chewy. Guessing old dough or wasn’t thawed correctly. Very disappointing and won’t be going back

Worst pizza ever. Used to LOVE pizza hut, wasted $30 on a pizza that looked like it was made at goodwill in a toaster oven. Don’t order from this store!!!!!!!!
