Ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake milkshake with Oreos. I didn’t receive any cheesecake or Oreos in my milkshake. Milkshake was warm as if it had been sitting out and was loose like soup and they only filled the cup 3/4 of the way to the top like all the other locations I’ve been to. I poured some out to find my slice of cheesecake and didn’t see any. Highly disappointed. Never coming back.

We had never been to a Cook Out before. We were headed home after 19 days of traveling the country and quickly looked at reviews and decided to try it out. WOW!!!!! The food for the price is top notch! With 5 hungry kids and a hubby who eats his fair share this was definitely a 5 out of 5 rating. The food was fresh, drinks were phenomenal and order was correct. We had to wait about 10 minutes but it was definitely worth the short wait. Great place to sit down for a meal in a very clean atmosphere. Absolutely wonderful. The kids shared some of their sides with me and I’d say my favorite were the onion rings and hush puppies. Burgers are great too. My daughter enjoyed her chicken quesadilla. Everyone loved everything.

I love this Cookout, the staff is all nice, but every time I get a chicken wrap, it is the smallest piece of chicken. This is basically a nugget in a tortilla.

Amazing and fast services here! It’s not my first time coming to this place, it’s super good to eat dine-in for the comfy area and the drive-thru it’s usually super fast, sometimes I have problems with the accent of the people that they didn’t understand my orders but they have patience eitherway to complete the services!

The staff was friendly. When we got home and opened our order one of the burgers had a bread tab stuck to it and the side of slaw we ordered was practically empty.

Order was wrong. Staff couldn’t hear due to wind. Burnt my kids hotdogs to charcoal. Coke Zero was flat. A truly terrible visit for my first and last visit to this location.

My burger was too fat and red in the inside! I didn’t even taste the grilled taste. Maybe that’s how they do it on the North side! Service was good! My cheddar bites were also good and hot! 4-stars because my burger lacked the flavor I get from the Cookout in Tucker and on Northside! I don’t eat burgers much, but when my body craves one, I want it good!

I have gone here plenty of times on Thursday nights after our group but last night I had genuinely some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The gentleman working at the counter who was a taller man didn’t even say hello, he just blankly stared at me and looked put out that I was asking him for my order. He didn’t say anything to me other than the order total and he looked so angry that he had to serve me. I felt like a burden to him. I asked him for some cookout sauce and he stared at me the entire time he was getting it and it felt like he was trying to make me feel bad for asking him to do his job. I understand if he was having a tough day but every other time I come here I get a really nice lady who is always so sweet and patient, I felt very unwelcome here last night. I rarely complain or make reviews but it was shocking just how hated and unwelcome I felt.

Listen, I come here because of their brand. Killer milk shakes, burgers, onion rings, and slaw, those are some of my favorites. But, since day one, like the location on Northside DR, or here, the foods are consistently hot, the same, with clean stores and bathrooms. These are the things that point out good restaurants. I’ll end with price point, this is some of the cheapest heart gadt foods, for the dollar. Yay!
