What a horrible place! Walk in employees and mangers cursing about working death metal blaring clear out the door! Manager no help what’s so ever! Don’t even try calling the store cause they will answer and hang up or say we can’t help you click or say this is Domino’s hold then they hang up. The owner of this place really needs to know what’s going on at this place. If I could give zero stars I would! They need to be taught customer service because they have none! I’d love to come up in here and turn it around just because I’m so pist off! Do not eat at this location.

Been awhile since eating pizza hut because of others more affordable. Chose to spoil husband and found that pizza was same as other places where I could have paid half the price. Very little meat, little cheese, and little sauce. I guess it’s frozen pizzas again. Was very disappointed. I understand prices have gone up and was willing to pay it, but pizza hut didn’t keep quality up.

Looks like they might have updated their hours…doesn’t mean they’ll answer the phone. I wish I had listened to the reviews. Seriously, just go to the Pizza Hut five minutes down the road on Galvin and don’t waste your time on this place. Ordered online, was charged, waited about 45 minutes before attempting to contact them to see where my food was. Eventually discovered they were closed…even though I ordered at 7:55 and their hours said they close at 10pm. Still haven’t been able to contact them for a refund. Just don’t bother with this place. I’ve had bad experiences with them in the past and I didn’t learn my lesson.

Very rude in cancelling my order. Called me after placing my order through the app around 3:45, and said “We don’t open til 4, I’m cancelling your order so I can stay on schedule.” Hung up before I could ask any questions. I understand being short-staffed and stressed, but it just seems to not be improving at this location.

Placed an online order at 8:25 PM, since the location is listed as closing at 10:00 PM. At 9:45 PM, I called to inquire and was hung up on before speaking with anyone. I called again, someone answered and told me they were closed and hung up. I called a third time and had to cut them off and ask why I hadn’t received my order, and was informed that they closed at 8 and hadn’t received any orders for delivery or carry-out. I’m staring at my online order right now. Remarkably unimpressive. Update your hours or be honest, pick one.

Garbage staff for a garbage location. Ordered online, waited 25 minutes, and then went to pick up my order because this location no longer delivers. Got there and they said my order was finishing up and would be out shortly. For 25 additional minutes, people were coming in, ordering, and leaving while I was still waiting. Apparently no one told the cooks in the back they needed to actually cook pizza instead of being on their phones. At any rate, after 30 mins past my wait time… they said it would be another 15 minutes (if they rushed) to cook the breadstick order they forgot to make… all the while the my pizzas had been sitting on a table for 20+ minutes getting cold. I asked for a refund and it was clear as day the new “GM from Texas” had smoked too much weed because he kept calling his store “Dominoes”. He was operating in his last brain cell for sure.
