Do not recommend this location. Ordered food at 7:25 PM, and was told it would be delivered by 8 PM. We still had not received anything by 820, called the store and was on hold until 830. They made the excuse that they were waiting on DoorDash still. I then drove to the location myself, and they tried to give me the pizzas that had been sitting in the warmer for almost an hour. They did offer to remake them, but I told them know that I wanted a refund instead. The assistant manager on duty said that she was unable to do this and I would have to talk to the manager when they get back in on Monday., And the refund may go through, but it could take up to 72 hours. To summarize, pizzas were made, and left in a warmer for almost an hour while they were waiting on DoorDash to show up. Store didn’t think to call us to let us know what was going on, and then refused to give us our money back right then. This is officially the worst experience. I’ve had a Pizza Hut in my entire life, and this is coming from someone who used to work there many years ago.

Yesterday my uncle ordered two pepperoni pizzas. The food for the most part was great, However the service wasn’t so great. When my uncle received the pizzas reeking of weed or some sort of substance. I understand delivery can be a tuff job however I am highly allergic to weed and I could tell our delivery girl was too high on the job she was mumbling her words. Then she had the audacity to hit her burnt vape in front of us while she waited for a tip. Not the best experience from Pizza Hut. Will definitely be getting little ceasers next time. Save your money people!!!!!

I might have a new favorite pizza – the tavern spicy chicken sausage pizza was delicious I only branched out because they were out of all the pan crust pizza I usually do but it was actually pretty darn good! We also got a hand tossed pepperoni pizza since they didn’t have the original pan crust option. The pepperoni pizza was supposed to have jalapeños but those were missing (still good but a bit greasy) and breadsticks which were a bit cold but we did delivery so not super surprised by that.

They forgot my sauces, and the breadsticks were laughably bad. I don’t even know what to say. Take a look for yourself.

I placed my order online it was supposed to be ready by 705 but I didn’t get my order until 7:45 they kept telling me it was in the oven and the next one coming out. However I know that wasn’t true because two orders went out the door with delivery drivers within 15 minutes of me being told that. Yet I was still waiting for another 25 minutes. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again. When I finally got home with my food half of it was piping hot and the other half was called..

I walked into this location to place a to go order. There was one person in front of me. The girl at the counter seemed to be struggling to ring in his order. She walked to get help and someone came up and got her started. 10 minutes later, she was still struggling to ring in the order so Inleft and went down the hill to Papa John’s. I was able to order immediately and had my food quickly. This isn’t the first time at this location this has happened. Luckily I was able to get back to work before the end of my lunch. I guess lesson learned, I’ll just go to Papa John’s from now on. I’d suggest training people on the register before putting them on it or at least when they need help, don’t abandon them
