I tried the new steak nuggets. They are good but they come pre-packaged with no quality control. There’s supposed to be 5 in a cup. I got 4 and a little scrap end. The employee said that’s how it came and they have no control over it. Not a good look.

Pulled up to the drive up window this morning and a female employee was making changes to the menu. She said hi and went back to the sign. We then get an automated message that says they are closed. The lady then turns and says we don’t open until 9:30. I informed her it was past 9:30 and she replied oh, I guess I am running behind and went back to the sign and offered no apology. Pretty sad that you can’t even get the place open on time. Didn’t have time to wait so I left with out placing an order.

Arby’s has always been the go to for roast beef and specialty sandwiches but this location does it the best. They had the cleanest dining room we’ve seen in a long time anywhere, the quality of our lunch was second to none and the staff was always smiling. Whatever management is doing here is Feinstein working. My wife even complimented the on soft manager. Thank you.

Went for a quick bite on my way home and had great service at the drive-thru. Michael was very kind and charismatic! Food came out quickly and everything was correct when I got home- no skimping on the sauces either
