Has to be the worst one. Never get my order all the way correct for some reason changing things and the pan pizza is never fluffy like it’s suppose to be and shows no difference from the regular hand tossed.

Delicious and hot, super easy dinner idea and not a bad price for what you get. Large pepperoni, jalapeño and green pepper pizza with stuffed crust. Breadsticks and boneless wings too. All cooked perfectly!

My order was a half hour late when I called to cancel. Was told it was already out for delivery could not cancel. 20 minutes later I get a notification that the driver picking up my order be here at 8:28. The at 8:35 it shows up one pizza wrong both cold, and none of the sauces I paid for. I asked the driver how long she had the pizza. She said 5/10 minutes. So they lied about it being out. Then it was cold and wrong. So I refused it. Wish there were 0 star options.

This was 1st time ordering and my last I ordered at 5:40 for carry out. It said estimate of 14 minutes for it to be ready. I decided to head their right away since I don’t live right around the corner. I pulled up at 5:58 and checked the tracking. It said my order was ready. I walked in and let the lady behind the corner who didn’t know my name and that was there to pickup my order, as i had just walked in. She immediately said “It still has 5 more minutes”. Slightly confused, I sat down and waited. The young lady immediately got on her phone. 7 minutes later, I got up and asked her if it was ready. She said she would check and went to the back. She came back and said it would be another 2 minutes. 4 minutes later, a guy came out from the back, walked up to the warmer that was right BEHIND the young lady, opened it and pulled my order out! And he told her, the order was right there! I paid and left but then realized the sauces were missing so I had to go back. The young lady was absolutely rude and awful. I get home and opened the food, the 8 garlic parmesan boneless wings were more like 4 with 4 crumbs. Not worth my money or my time to ever go back again.

They delivered three pizzas super late after an hour and 35 minutes from the time we placed it. Told us it would take no more than 40 minutes. Well we understand sometimes stuff like that happens. But when we open the boxes OMG how in the world can this happen, literally we received burned pizzas not well cooked BURNED. We called the store and they obviously put us on hold for 10 minutes. Drove to the pizza location and requested to speak to a manager, the two Hispanics kids were literally laughing and pointed to what it seemed the person in charge. I requested my money back and the free pizzas for the inconvenience and the trouble for the wait and for the drive to their location. He didn’t want us at first give us ur money back, when I told him that I would contact corporate he agreed to just give us our money back.

I placed an order for a pizza with a live person for pick up. I was told 15 to 25 minutes. We arrived 23 minutes after placing the order. They could not find our pizza when we arrive. They made the pizza after we had already paid for it. We waited 25 minutes and left with a pizza. No apology was offered. No coupon for the inconvenience was offered. We got all the way home and found out the pizza we ordered was NOT the pizza they made for us! When I called to complain to the manager, they offered to make the correct pizza for us but we had to go back and pick it up. We got the new pizza all the way home again to find out that they made it wrong again! I will NEVER go there again and I recommend that no one else ever goes there either!!!!

Always get something wrong. If I order delivery they always forget something so I order to get it myself they always change something. If I get delivery the driver tells me to call the store when they tell me they sent everything and I’m trying to get more food.

I don’t know why I ever bother with this location. I have never once had an order go right. And forget about actually contacting the store to fix the issue. You can’t actually reach them. 4 calls and an hour of my life on hold. When you order it eventually bounces you to a call center to place the order, but they transfer you back when there is an issue and you just sit on call forever. They have to deliver though DD bc they can’t hire or keep drivers, and when it has been their driver my food has been lost for 50min before showing up. They literally forgot to send part of my order and I still haven’t reached anyone regarding it. I reached above their head to Pizza hut corporate bc I need a refund now, when all I wanted was my order corrected.

I would have gave them 5 stars but they messed up my order. But this pizza is bomb and the breadsticks perfect but I order cheese sticks. I love Pizza Hut way more than dominoes. Do get dominoes here it is nasty gave me diarrhea

It is kind of absurd how much they cut back the toppings on pizzas nowadays, in addition to that the delivery driver whenever I ask for change complained about not getting a tip and then whenever I told him that I wanted my change. The total was $28 and I gave him 2 20s and asked for my change. He hesitated and gave me 3 bucks back.
