I recently placed an online order at this Pizza Hut, and the experience was refreshingly smooth. Since I live about 15 minutes away, I wasn’t in a rush, but everything was ready when I arrived.
Pulling up to the drive-through, I didn’t have to wait or ring the bell—the service was immediate. The gentleman at the window was prompt, friendly, and clearly ready to do business. In the past, I’ve had mixed feelings about Pizza Hut’s service, but this brief, hassle-free interaction is restoring my faith in the brand. Because of this, I plan to come here more often.
Now, for the real test—the pizza. It was exactly how I wanted it: fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious.
It’s experiences like these—simple, seamless, and enjoyable—that make a real difference. Sometimes, it’s the small moments that count the most.

Our experience last night was absolutely horrible, our server smelt like he had not taken a shower in a month. Lost my appetite immediately and will not return. Anyone that works in a restaurant atmosphere should not be serving people with that kind of hygiene

Neo and hunter were awesome. Took time to call and verify sauce on an online order. Busy but no wait and top shelf courtesy. Corporate is lucky to have these guys. I have previously been pizza hut team member and these guys are killing it. Didn’t interact with blonde lady in kitchen but we all know she had to be killing it too! Very impressed. Crew tonight needs raise and recognition June 18

I feel that lately there are errors made if it is delivery, something is forgotten or smashed. If pickup orders they tend to do better. Food is always good tasting. When there is an issue & you call, it tends to be a gamble on who answers if you get anywhere. With being our only delivery option in town & the cost related to it, would be nice if it was dependable.

Excellent service! I didn’t even want pizza, I just needed to use the restroom after a long trip. When I opened the stall door to discharge my excrement, there seemed to be a 3 month old fetus in the toilet. The sight of the lifeless infant made my mouth water and I was so hungry all of a sudden. I ordered the most delicious mushroom and onion pizza before continuing my trip. 10/10 pizza, would definitely eat there again!

They have really stepped it up. The pizzas have been on point, beyond amazing. Management and staff really care and it shows in the quality of food they produce shows it.

The staff needs better training apparently. They have messed up our order the last few times we ordered there and this last time we called back to tell them and the manager told us we ordered it online wrong because he made the order himself. We ordered a supreme, a pepperoni lovers and a ham with pineapple…got 2 cheese and a ham with pineapple. The manager didn’t want to even discuss it or ask what he could do to fix it. We will fix it by NEVER ORDERING THERE AGAIN!

We actually threw away most of last order. It didnt taste good at all. Even the kids didnt eat as much as they usually do. The crust had a weird taste to it. I asked for light sauce, got regular. The mushroom pizza only had a handful of mushrooms, when I asked for extra.

Very disappointed. Got the Edge pizza on the app and got pork sausage instead of Italian sausage and mushroom instead of roma tomato. When we got there, instead of making the modifications as we ordered, they just made it without the Italian sausage and roma tomato saying they could take off toppings but not add them. If that is the case, then why does the app let you make modifications? Also why didn’t you call us and tell us? Awful customer service and we had to take it or our other pizza would get cold and we had people waiting to eat. If you guys are going to treat your customers this way, Great Bend had a pizza hut and probably worth the drive after this experience. Thanks for ruining our birthday party.
