We had great service during the lunch buffet! We were greeted with friendly and smiling faces. Our waitress checked on us multiple times and even asked if we wanted anything specific made to put on the buffet line. The food as great as well!

Staff here is extremely rude and disrespectful. Ordered food online when we came to pick up we sat in drive through for 20 min and no one would answer the window even after us trying to get attention. So i called inside and one guy was just standing at the counter the whole time answered. So I asked if he could help us at the window. He said thats not my job hung up the phone then turned to us and shrugged his shoulders. I ended up having to walk into the store when I have disabilities that make it a struggle once inside I was refused a refund and had to wait another 20 min. The lettuce and tomatoes on my taco pizza were nasty and we found several hard pieces in the meat we arent sure what it was. I did a review online and was not contacted after. We also didnt get any sauce even after requesting. Ended up getting sick after surprise surprise. Glad we didnt share any with our dogs. Will not be back!!! Also a female employee was talking nasty about another group of customers that were the only ones in the building!

Carry out order to be ready in 15-20 minutes. Showed up at the 20 minute mark and was told it’ll be another 10+ minutes. “You don’t mind driving around for a bit, do you?” is what I was asked. No, I do mind so I’m now sitting in the parking lot waiting for an order that should have been ready when I got here! Great job Great Bend Pizza Hut! I’ll drive to Hoisington to get my pizzas there, at least they care!

Had dinner 5pm . Was not a WOW, ordered buffet. We were the only dine in customers for over an hour. Sadly funny, they had no forks. Was given plastic after I asked. Said they were ALL being washed.. 5pm? All ? Was not all that. Will probably not try again.

Went for dine in once and waited about 15 minutes just to be seated then about 45 mins for our order to be taken and brought out. Order was the sloppiness pizza I’ve ever seen from a pizza hut. I know dine in at pizza places is not a normal thing any more but you need to either choose to have dine in or not. If you have dine in you need an employee to take care of dine in guests. Will not be returning.

Usually, I get delivery from this place and it usually gets there on time. However, I had gone in to dine one time, and I was seated pretty quickly and got our order taken, but then we sat there for a ridiculously long time for some wings and fries. I understand that there was another party of around 6 in front of us, but about 10-15 minutes after we got our order taken, they bring out 4 pizzas for them. Then it’s another 15-20 before we got our order. We also got lemonades, but when asked for a refill, one of the employees refused to refill my drink. Will not dine here again.

While the service was fast and friendly, and the pizza we ordered was also quite good, we were pretty disappointed and disturbed to find that one of our boneless wings was not completely cooked. Management did contact me quickly and offered a credit to the store, but as were just passing through, this wasn’t a helpful resolution. We didn’t expect compensation anyway, but did want to warn others to check their chicken before consuming.
