Ordered spicy garlic boneless wings and well about 3 of them look like they got tossed while the others are dry. I dont know if they’re having a bad night but wasn’t real pleased with my wings selection

Call center didn’t get the order right. Call center person was very difficult to understand, read it back right. He didn’t input what he read back evidently. When I picked up at store discovered order wasn’t right, they remade 2 pizza’s, the 3rd one I let slide. I hate when the call center answers.

This must be SHARED!! On March 21st, 2025 we called in to place an order at approximately 1140pm. The woman working that night was beyond kind by far outstanding!! I was asking her so many questions that I finally got annoyed by my own questions, yet this woman answered ALL my questions with patience and kindness. To the point I had to stop and thank her. That day we had just lost a friend, and it just so happened to be on the day I lost my son 3 years prior. I was just lost and couldn’t even order a simple pizza. But the kindness this woman showed was out of this world!! We showed up to get the pizza right at closing, I went inside so I could personally say THANK YOU, to her. Once again she just had an incredible kindness, calmness, and patience, a comforting tone to her vibe. I took the pizza and we left. Well, it doesn’t end there, we start to eat this pizza and my friend and I as we are eating kept saying, “WOW THIS IS SOME REALLY GOOD PIZZA! Like no this is some damn good pizza, the more we ate the better it got. We both said that pizza was by far THE VERY BEST PIZZA WE HAVE EVER ATE!! The temperature was perfect, the crust was superb, everything about that pizza was on point!! The two of us are the entire pizza. We still tell people about that pizza. Shout out to all who were working that night, y’all NEED TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED, how appreciative we are of what y’all had going that night!!! Y’all had it going on. THANKS TO ALL WHO WERE WORKING THAT NIGHT.

Ordered our food,$140 worth. It took an hour to get here and when it did it was cold. I should have called that night but we were starving. I had already called about it taking so long. The next day I called and spoke with the same person who told me that they would call me the next day with a full refund after talking to their manager. I had to call them back just to be told no I would not get the money back but I would get a $50 credit for my next order. Because I won’t order from them again after this fiasco. I am so disappointed . What happened to Pizza Hut? It used to be great!

Worst service tonight. I called 5 times to try to get a hold of the store to request a different sauce for my bread sticks because they don’t give any sauce options on the app. Nobody at the store picked up so I gave up. The app said it would be here at 7:30 pm but it didn’t get here until after 8 pm and it was cold. I will not be ordering from this pizza hut again. Absolute trash service.

Used to enjoy using this pizza hut on 4th. We won’t be using it anymore. The time before last when I went to get our food, the staff was down right rude. And the melt we ordered was half the size the usually are. I figured just a bad day. Then went again yesterday, staff was a little better. Got home only to find out they messed up on the order. It should of been right considering it took them longer to have it ready. We will start using the one on 30th Street from now one.

Food was not what I would have expected from PH. Out of 8 chicken wings I only received 2 that were edible the others were just small (nickel sized) wads of breading I guess.
The Taco Pizza ingredients tasted old and the crust was completely soggy.
Now I remember why I stopped going to Pizza Hut years ago.
I honestly couldn’t give this experience even 1 star, but obviously the system makes me give it.
