Best Caribou for excellent customer service. Most of them I go to have employees with pissy attitudes & they don’t engage you.

This Caribou location is outstanding! After being disappointed at another store with a large cold brew that was mostly ice, I stopped here hoping for a reduced-price refill. Instead, the staff went above and beyond—offering me a complimentary full refill with fresh ice and a much better coffee-to-ice ratio. Their kindness and generosity made my day!
The atmosphere inside is equally impressive: soft seating, a welcoming fireplace and an overall cozy space that would make it an excellent spot for working or relaxing.

Got the new combo crafted press and breakfast bowl. I was a bit surprised by how small the bowl was and it was barely filled. Not worth the money at all. The crafted press was great. Not sure I need a large though. Not getting the bowl or combo again.

This morning it was the First time going in many years. I ordered two hot drinks & a muffin. They weren’t to busy yet in the morning. My drink was room temp to luke warm. By the time I drove the mile to work it was cool. I had to microwave it to make it hot. I’m so disappointed, I won’t be going back again. It just reminded me why I avoid this coffee chain. I pay to much to get cold coffee when I asked for it hot. I’ll be going back down the road to the competition again.

This is our local Caribou and it is always a favorite! I have never been disappointed by something I’ve gotten here. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating! In this photo is the cookies and cream cooler and the white chocolate pumpkin cooler. Both were amazing!! Pumpkin cooler is pretty sweet, while the cookies and cream is a bit less sweet. Highly recommend! 🙂

I went through the drive thru today and got home to see my bagel was completely burnt. That’s sad a worker thought that was okay to give someone. You would have literally saw it when you were putting on the cream cheese. If this was a restaurant there’s so no way they would send that out.

I’m deaf, and my voice is a bit odd. The server thrust her mobile phone at me, and being not familiar with its keyboard, I declined and repeated what I wanted. She glared at me and angrily left me, telling another server to deal with me. I am still coming to the store because I like the ambience and the bagel with cream cheese. But my goodness, I hope that server is no longer there. The second server was very nice.

I love Caribou! It’s my favorite coffee chain by far. The drinks and food are always delicious, with the Malted Mocha and Strawberry Honey Overnight Oats being my go-to. Overall, an awesome place for a coffee or date!
